I would say 10000 per month is huge for a student even if their parents are making above 50000 per month (combined) and my father earns only 12k/month. You should know your audience better. I think many of us are from lower middle class family who wants to support our family and that's why we follow someone like u who helps us to find a way to make money 💰💰. Ofcourse 10000/month is nothing if someone is earning money insanely like you(and I admire your hard work, no harmful intensions). May be I sound like I'm criticizing you but this just putting my thoughts and yeah this is the reality of most of us who watches you.

Renting a place costs a fortune ya 10k is not a great deal but it isn't even a ripoff stanza is like one of the most affordable places considering the services the provide u can live in a not well maintained house without the housekeeping services and yet end up paying more banglore is expensive as fuck

Stanza is shit. We finalized a room at some x rent and then they bring conditions like 6months adv payment and then after few days they said rent is x + 2000. So many unnecessary stuffs so that their money keep coming. If you are promoting anything that's fine but please verify with the audience. I have a great great respect for you, just keep care of what you are promoting.

I used to stay there for some time. They have lots of loop holes in their terms and conditions. Beware of them. It's very difficult to get a refund once you leave. Also never ever believe the marketing guy. He will say whatever he wants without any official backing. Once you join believing the words of the marketing guy, then you will realise that all of it was just a fantasy. I had a very bad experience with them because they tried to shift us from my initial accommodation to another accommodation which was around 15km away because they were having some legal issues with the owner of my initial accommodation. The second accommodation which they offered had none of the features of my first accommodation but still I had to pay the same amount that I used to pay at my first accommodation.

Completely Fraud company ,they take minimum 9500 as a security deposit and they don't return it ,It's been 3 months down and no house captains responding and even stanza app is showing wrong exit date and all, I shooted multiple mails and raised 10+ tickets ,they don't even go through the tickets and mark it as resolved, I warn in tickets that I will post all these on social media platforms still no responses, I have all the documents that will take seconds to prove that stanza is fraud.

But anyways i think its not for every student he should have mentioned Working Bachelor's instead of students in the video title....as bachelor's or who earns themselves/self independent can easily afford... But i heard in some stanza houses there's problem for food, electricity and even wifi buffering and they don't respond after complaining and very rude behaviour i read in google reviews.

They charge huge amount as security deposit at the time of entry and after that they deduct unnecessarily saying this charge and that charge. They won't return the balance amount on time.

The stanza living PG'S in Banglore are charging very high amounts, which is not at with the facilities they provide. On the name of electricity bill, maintenance thay charge huge amounts which are later added to the bill. I don't find any responsible person to whom you can talk about this issues. They keep a big amount aa security deposit and from that they deduct the amounts as they wish. They don't return the full amount and on time.

Trust me guys stanza makes it look like affordable but they will make money out of you through advanced payment and extra mantainence fee. And the internet is not unlimited, its 75gb pack with 10mbps speed. Its better you get a roommate and start looking for apartments because it will be way cheaper and not have to follow their dumb rules.

my stanza experience is worst . here only rooms and other wifi facilities are good other food which is the is most important is worst . a person can adjust with the room and other facilities but cant compromise with the food here at all . getting into stanza is just waste of money and increase in extra expenses (food) . i wont recommend you stanza !!!

Maybe staying in Stanza living works for yo? I guess the video was not sponsored. It is a marketing gimmick by Stanza living to allure people by displaying low rent prices, however, when you visit you get to know so many hidden charges. This is the new way of doing business which includes false marketing. Did not expect you to promote this if you knew. Whatever you say though whether you knew or not, hard to believe it. PEOPLE DO NOT GO FOR STANZA LIVING. BETTER FIND A NON BRANDED PG and you should be fine.
