You can treat the shot arm in the bunker with meds. It doesn't heal it, but it does work for at least a few minutes. The easiest way is the med gun. Otherwise you need a med bed at the tier of your injury. Once you have treated it the body icon showing the level of injury will highlight the numbers in green for as long as thr drugs last. At first you had a level 3, which you can fix with a C8R Pisces. Later you get a level 1 in thr same arm which would require a clinic to heal it. Also in the bunker retreat to the elevator, and around to one of the closer corners. They can still shoot you, but most of the time they won't.
