This game is making me relive the time when I found out about Nier Automata and discovered that the game was MUCH more than just a beautiful main character.
@@AB-jt4rs And I acknowledge that. Hell, I never even said it was important to automata specifically, just to action games. Automata's combat just needed to be decent enough so people would finally experience how great Yoko Taro's storytelling is. Gameplay in his games always sucked until Automata made it decent.
Honestly I keep listening to this on repeat. Emotion, nostalgia, courage, hope, fear..there is a lot of emotion in this music. Cannot quite understand the words, but it doesn’t matter.
So far, this game’s OST is amazing! The fact that members of Monaca (the studio behind the music for NieR, Drakengard 3, etc.) composed music for this game excites me even more! I assume this is one of the songs. Also, Okabe is not responsible for the tracks composed in this game. Two of his composers by the names of Oliver Good and Inoue Keita have participated in the music production alongside Shift Up.
Dear gamers from a decade or more into the future who had just finally finished the 3rd Stellar Blade game then came back to reminisce on where this incredible saga all begun. Yes it all started right here with this unimaginable Orchestral performance from the heavens above. Hope you've had a blast, because this is one in a quite a few of a life time experiences. We love you Okabe.
@@jimmyelkordy3752 Well good news to you then: in the latest interview with them from about a week ago, they said they're aiming for a sequel and a PC release :)
@@jimmyelkordy3752 "Stellar Blade Developer Shift Up Considering a Sequel", google it. I couldn't link it here for whatever reason. Also it was the top most sold game for April, in the US and Japan. I want you to imagine a world in which "considering" doesn't become a hard YES after seeing those sales.
@@jimmyelkordy3752 'Stellar Blade Developer Shift Up Considering a Sequel", I can't link it but you can search google for that phrase and will find it.
The song hits different on your second play through. The first level is this huge war that makes you think it’s going to be a battlefield all game and then 5 minutes later you’re the last survivor carrying out this mission alone
Minute 0:31 sounds exactly like Alien Manifestation minute 0:54 but with a faster tempo. Nier's inspiration is clear as water! It is undeniable that Monaca studio worked on this OST. I'M SO HYPED !!!!
If rest of the game has the music quality of the demo it’s going be epic. There’s no reason to believe it won’t be. Hope the music becomes available as a separate product. Thx for the work on this
Imagine that the movie would have actual productions with this level of quality. The old movies had this, memorable unique made themes that convey to the story they are telling. I'm under the impression that this has been lost.
THIS OST IS BECOME ONE OF MY FAVORITES!!!!This game isn't still available completely and is alredy enter on the best games i ever played in my life!!! LET'S GO❤❤❤❤
I was totally blown away by the track!!. They use it in the intro sequence of the game! I hope it gets reused later, remixed It's the Weight of the World tier, totally
Loved this track as soon as i heard it i know its the same composer from the Nier games and i got to say it reminds me of Emil's theme and Snow in the Summer.
Thanks so much for uploading this! Will be listening to on repeat, and I can't wait for the full OST. This is a mindblowing way to kick off the game in all respects, and the score is epic in scope, luxurious & complex in composition. Obvious comparisons to NieR aside, you know what this reminds me of? Some of the very best Doctor Who & Torchwood OST moments (The Ten/Jack Harkness era)--by Murray Gold and Ben Foster.
You're very welcome! I fully agree it's the best introduction to the game world that I can imagine. Could you recommend specific songs from those soundtracks you mentioned?
I had to look it up after finishing the demo because this track and a few others in the city had me like "Why does this remind of NieR? Did Keichii Okabe also work on this game's soundtrack?" Low and behold, my suspicion was correct.
Apparently, Okabe did not compose the songs done by his studio. Instead his two composers, Oliver Good and Inoue Keita have participated in the music production.
I'm hoping rebirth will win every reward for the soundtrack as it should, but my god this one must be a challenger (Let's wait for the whole OST anyway).
I have barely heard most of the music from the demo of this game and I cannot wait to for the full game and the soundtrack on Apple Music. This game is awesome.
Never before have I noticed music in a game this much as with the demo (at least I can't remember the last time) and I enjoyed every track there was, besides that it fits the game the music is very good on itself (haven't played Nier Automata) And I don't know why but that tune that starts at 2:55 is my favorite part - stands out but also fits. Overall besides the graphics, the amazing combat and of course pleasing to look at main character (unlike some other games forcing "ugly" women - I mean it's a game, not reality, why not give something pleasant to the eyes?) the music is also a banger. The game is a full package so far and I can't wait to get the copy on the premiere.
@@villaniousmustache4898 i understand many will compare to nier automata ost, which in its right an excellent ost. But each to its own. But both are done at monaca studio. Once you find other ost with monaca studio mentioned, you cant go wrong. Also, for stella blade composer, youngjee lee, this should be her first debut, and its excellent
Legendary Music ive heard since the start🎧👁️👄👁️, I wonder what the lyrics meant? I hear one of a kind on this music from bayonetta 1 n 2 or is it just me? man i am obsessed With Stellar Blade and Bayonetta series. Since they are the last airborn squad like bayo and jeanne are the last 2 witches.
@@halfwaytillbliss Thank you so much. Looking forward to it. What do you reckon are the most important skills to unlock first? I am leaning towards: Perfect Parry, Perfect Dodge, Focus Boost, Reflection, Blink and then Beta Recharge 2.
never thought I would hear a nier like music with a dubstep/electronic component added into it. there was non in nier replicant and nier automata and I've always wish there would be a couple because of the android themes in those game
