And there are stutters even with shaders precompiled? Kind of strange.

I remember my 1060 was getting like 50-55fps at 1080p maxed out, and the game was unplayable because once you go below 60 at all it becomes a micro stuttering mess. I tried to bypass it by doing some locked 50 fps stuff with control panel and all that jazz, and still the game was stuttering like mad. Kind of ridiculous you can only play this game at locked 60, or locked 30. there's no in between or it becomes unplayable.

Is the lip-sync is that bad even when you switch to Japanese audio ( assuming there's a choice of audio)?
