BLT is a tomato sandwich griff

Nah fam, my Mother loves how I make BLTs. I brown the bacon in a cast iron pan to the point it's still a little flexible and then set it to the side. I then take the toast I made, butter both sides, assemble the sandwich and then fry them in the bacon grease. I use a deli cutter for the tomatoes to get perfect slices every time. Greasy, amazing and will probably take half a year off your life.

I agree Bacon isn't the star it's a helper but this is unique becuase its three helpers and sometimes a 4th that all get equal attention it is a blt not a b with lt it's a blt and it's unique and intresting
