I have no idea how much times I have listened to this because I’m practicing the Star Spangled Banner for a basketball game and I think that the a flat key in this, never gets old.
X Radiation I play trumpet and I used to do marching band. Hopefully yours treats students better than mine because they treat students in mine terrible
Yea this is a nice rendition. I also found this one just in case you wanted to check it out. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-VOqUmR03VpM.html
@@SonicDavidTails As of June 2023, many American TV and radio stations are actually still doing a variation of this, although most of them do not shut down. If anything, they play the Star-Spangled Banner before the first news bulletin of the day or preceding overnight infomercials; moreover, you'll find that broadcast stations in smaller markets in many cases actually sign off, and all Gray Television owned network affiliates air the anthem every day but are 24/7 (to my knowledge).
O! say can you see by the dawn's early light, What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming, Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight, O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming? And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air, Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there; O! say does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
The most beautiful flag on the face of the Earth, the most beautiful anthem on the face of the earth America will always be the greatest to the end of time InshAllah, God willing
This rendition in A flat major is really nice and I appreciate you sharing it. Do you know what group is playing? Would like to get a copy if possible.
Hi, sorry but I don't know who originally performed this song. I found this song in another key somewhere else on RU-vid, but I don't remember where. I changed the key and uploaded it here so I'd have a version that was in a key that's comfortable for me to sing.
@@zzztriplezzz5264 I think Ab is more reverent. You could say "I think it's more XXX" about any key, so again, why is Bb major so special that it shouldn't be played in any other key?
