Star Trek: Strange New Worlds - “Fun” 

"Just you and the gentle thrum of the warp core." Now I'm imagining Boimler asking La'an if she wants to go look at the warp core.

I feel like that Una is like the Amy Santiago of the Star Trek universe, and trust me that is huge compliment.

I LOVE the chemistry this cast has exhibited so far. La'an and Una are so fun together!

I'd give props to the Props department. Those Type 2s are sleek.

Anyone who loved Spock Amok. Take a moment to freeze frame and appreciate the dress and headresss Gia Sandhu...Tpring is wearing on vulcan during the battle. It is astounding!!!! It has this liquidy flowing random strip pattern that is form fitting and bracketed in the same pattern with something that resembles jaguar heads. And that headress.... Has anything like it been more beautiful? It shouldn't even win a television award for costuming. It should win an Academy Award.

I would gladly serve on Captain Pike's bridge. Great captain, and Anson Mount kills every scene he's in.

I’ve been enjoying it so far, Anson Mount definitely captured a “Captain Kirk” vibe with his portrayal, and the rest of the cast have excellent chemistry. The Fourth episode with La’an’s backstory was captivating as all Hell, and I do hope to get more into the Gorn in future episodes!

Great that we are seeing more of the crew in this show compared to Discovery where a few seasons in and know relatively little about their bridge crew

I am going to miss them next year with Una in prison and La'an helping that girl get a life after the Gorn.

This episode wasn't bad, but it felt like a "filler episode" which would be fine if this was a 22 episode season, with so few episodes there really isn't time for filler.

Not gonna lie, I thought this was a memology video or something and kept waiting for the fun part. My bad, my bad

II am Liking this Star Trek Strange New Worlds quite a bit...These two in the Trailer are my Favourite Characters so far and the Stories been good so far...Why can they make this good so far yet Discovery and Picard are soooo Bad? This is the Trek I remember, the "Woke" elements are told in a way that's compatible with the Trek world and not in your face like Picard and discovery...I am really enjoying it. This coming from a 50 year old male who thought I would never get to see good Sci fi TV again... Please keep the writing format like this....it is Enjoyable at last! Thanks!

I'm ready to admit that finally, on their 3rd try, they've succeeded in making me enjoy Star Trek again. After two absolute dumpster fire shit shows, they've learned their lesson and got back to the elements that make Star Trek WORK. Honestly it's not hard....you just have to care about the material and study what worked before. It's just astounding that it took them 5 years and 3 shows to figure it out.

Context for the crybabies that have not seen the show yet rush to every video to shit on it: In the previous episode the crew defeated three powerfull gorn ships that almost wrecked the enterprise and while the ship is under repairs the crew is in shoreleave so this is a chill funny episode after a very exciting spectacular and ingenious one
