This is my all time favourite cover of this suite The way the violin and guitar work together captures the sadness and sweetness of the love story it tells, and manages to still convey the long-reaching effects anakin and padme’s love had on the galaxy
I lost my horse last night, and as she was leaving this world I played this song for her. Seemed to soothe her and make her passing less painful. RIP Koko 2009-2018
I love this song. It just causes a full stir of emotions. It's a love song, but it feels kind of bitter sweet, when you know the tradgedy of ani and padme. I prefer the OT, but the prequels are still good movies (especially ROTS). This song makes me want to cry lol... of joy and sadness.
Because of my ties to an Anakin Skywalker cosplayer, this song makes me feel so sad...but gives me a sense of peace and joy at the same time. How messed up is that? But this is just so...beautiful...I adore it and I only wish I could be my Anakin's Padme...but that isn't bound to happen.
I've been attempting to play a decent version of this masterpiece for years in my piano, but it's so difficult! This is an exemple of how to do things right, thanks to Mr. Williams, and those who played the guitar and violin, and the one who posted this on youtube. You have made this Sith to smile and to remember why I love music.
This is amazing. It's calming yet distraught, soothing yet full of sorrow. The violin part were it slides up to the high notes as the climax sends shivers down my spine. Fantastic job, best rendition by far
It is so... full of feelings. You told a whole story of their relationship by the language of music. It touched my soul T_T Thank you for your wonderful music! (and sorry for my English)
I want to make a Star Wars film that emits the same emotions that this cover does. What do you guys think? Tragic, yet soothing. I would want a set of films (or just one) based on Ben Solo growing up. It would mainly be about Luke’s Jedi Academy, and would focus on Ben. The final shot would be Ben putting on his helmet, declaring himself as Kylo Ren.
This remains one of my favorite things I have ever found on RU-vid, and hands down the best cover of this piece I have ever had the pleasure of hearing, and that includes the incredible improvisation! Well, well done! I will be returning to listen to this masterpiece for years to come.
whats funny to me is that after listening to this incredible piece of music.. I look down at the comments and I see a massive jedi vs. sith battle of words going on... lmao.. only on youtube.
May I use this song in the coming videos for Fallen empire chapters? Credit goes to you for the song of course and its mere fan tribute to the franchise and so forth.
@ZeroWires13 i agree whole heartily, unfortunately some people have this uncanny ability to take something so beautiful and precious and turn it into the most painful and ugly memories you will remember... all good things must come to an end eventually . :/
Hey! i'm a bit late, but could you PLEASE make a tab for the guitar, i reallyy want to learn this, but i cannot figure it out. This is the best version I've ever heard of this song.
