Jacen wasn't hearing the lightsaber fight in Ahsoka's head, she was having a near-death experience in the World Between Worlds -- that was Anakin's Force ghost giving Ahsoka her chance to let go of her guilt and fear surrounding his fall to the Dark Side and fight to live rather than wallow in grief and guilt. She "died and was reborn", hence her new white garb (like Gandalf in Lord of the Rings). We know it was really Anakin's Force ghost because when Ahsoka said, "I will not fight you," he replied, "I've heard that before." And he did -- from Luke, which Ahsoka would have had no idea Luke said to him.
Might also be something more than a force ghost or they manifest themselves more in the WBW. During the mortis episode from clone wars, the father told anakin he wanted him to be his replacement, and him being the chosen one being able to shift back and forth from light side to dark side now, makes a good case for this possibility.

There is some behind the scenes footage of Hayden talking with Filoni on set (by the way he looks the same, they could spare the de-aging imho) and turns out "I've heard that before" referring to Luke, was actually Hayden's idea. And it fits perfectly.
23:53 Since Anakin is the chosen one to keep the force in balance and seems to have found his place now as the new "the father" (like from the Mortis Clone Wars arc), as the keeper of balance, the controller of light and dark, like he does in this episode. To me it seemed like that Anakin used both the light and dark to teach Ahsoka the lesson to "live", to "live on", to move on from the things in her past she had no control over, that him turning evil doesn't determine her fate and that she (and Anakin himself now, since he seems like "the father" here, in control of both light and dark) is so much more than just his dark side and acts, cause she has also all the good in her that he and his former masters passed down to her.
That's a good point, I did wonder how he was able to appear in such a good way, I guess he did technically fill the prophecy, same reason he could appear as a force ghost in return of the Jedi ?
I totally agree! And in the first clone wars scene where he flashes to vader for a short time he wants to show her that vader was in him for a long time. Since episode 2 even before they met. And she always thought that its also her fault for leaving the order. So he really teached her her final lesson and healed her that she can live on freely.
This Ashoka episode was SO AMAZING! I never thought we’d get live action clone wars flashbacks, I was so happy. I could watch a whole live action series just about that. And Loved your video too, when she was talking about Hera’s “assets” I was dying 😂😂😂.
I don’t think they’re inferring that Hera is force sensitive: just perhaps she was picking it up via Jacen, like a conductor sorta idea? Since he was focused on her at that time.

Its crazy because Ahsoka was about 14 in that first flashback and now shes 40 something. I bet she never thought the Jedi order would fall apart the way it did, with the help of her master to top it off...
During the clone wars anakin was 22 and ahsoka 14 . both young Jedi’s leading battalions to wars and dangerous missions. After dying anakin becomes one with the force ..becoming a force ghost. He is the perfect balance in the force light and dark side , anakin/vader. He is the Father
Huyang worked with Ahsoka when she was part of the Rebellion so he likely learned Anakin was vader unless she kept it secret. Ezra and kanan were with ahsoka when she met vader In Rebels one of the things thats a bit more explored is Force powers one of the things Ezra can do is communicate with animals and its partially shown here with what ahsoka does towards the end Seeing Rex and the darth vader transitions were the best
@15:37 she is exactly right. The first memory was her battle at Ryloth. Her actions got her squad and a bunch of people killed and I think this trauma affected her because it was the first time she experienced war. That’s why Anakin took her to revisit that memory.

You being a big fan of The Prequel Trilogy, I recommend you pre-order the novel, STAR WARS: The Living Force, releasing in April 2024...it takes place 1 year before the events of Episode I: The Phantom Menace, and it stars all 12 Jedi Masters on The Jedi High Council on Coruscant, including Jedi Grandmaster Yoda, Yaddle, and Mace Windu. It will also feature Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn. My hope is that Obi-Wan Kenobi and Baylan Skoll have minor roles in it (to see Baylan, around age 14, when he was fully devoted to The Jedi Order, The Light Side Of The Force, and The Republic, would be excellent, tragically ironic, and thought-provoking to witness). The novel, written by John Jackson Miller, appears to be a bit of a narrative and spiritual bridge between the material taking place within The High Republic (inc. The Acolyte) and The PT. The cover art, alone, is worth the price of admission. Wish it were also a poster for an upcoming Disney + CGI cinematics-style series (like the trailers for Knights Of The Old Republic, SW: Eclipse, and SW: Outlaws). And, just so you know: It wasn't a dream or hallucination (the fact that Jacen Syndulla, at only age 10, was able to hear the lightsaber battle in The Force, proves it really took place on another plane of existence). Ahsoka really was taken to The World Between Worlds, by Anakin, and given both training and counseling, before her next adventure...thus, she's becoming, Ahsoka, The Jedi Mystic Of The Force. Hence, the white and gray garments she wears now. Her powers, most likely, are going to be amped up, upon arriving at The New Beyond, via The Pathway To Peridea. I can't wait to see what kind of uber Force powers Jedi Knight Ezra Bridger has acquired, over the last 10 years he's been in this new galaxy...I've heard that they're unique to The SWU...he may never need to use a lightsaber again. May The Force Be With You...
I though Ahsoka soul was in the world between world while her body was in the water that why they couldn't find her until Jacen sensed her with the force
21:16 Btw, did you know that according to “Bespin Bulletin” there was a fight scene shot between Anakin (as Hayden Christensen) and Ahsoka (as Savannah Steyn instead of Ariana Greenblatt, at least for that scene) on Mustafar in an alternate-reality-like setting during the "world-between-world like" moments, which they said was cut from the actual episode? In that scene Anakin would have showed her that she couldn't have changed his fate to become Vader even if she were there at that point, which would have taken away a lot of her guilt of her not having been there and not being able to save him, resulting in the now more light-hearted Ahsoka. They cut that scene, maybe cause it wasn't really a memory and/or cause Anakin's message/lesson was a different one? Though I still hope they would release it as a separate video on YT or sth like that, cause I would really like to see what that scene (and Savannah Steyn as Ahsoka) would have looked like and it also explains a bit better imo why Ahsoka is more enlightened and happy at the end of the episode.
Hera going off on an unofficial mission is a big deal. Don’t forget there were three x wings that were lost and three pilots and for what? She has nothing to show for it. Imagine if that happened in our world? If the states lost three fighter jets and three pilots for a non mission don’t you think the general who sent them would be in big trouble?
For being one of my favorite reactors for this show, you guys are really being harsh on poor Sabine wanting her to fail. Especially when Ezra is clearly the most perfect choice to train jacen. It's basically poetry having Kanan's padawan train his son. =b. Great work with all these videos
The nonsensical part of the story, where The New Republic is asking for evidence (though they have it, since the factory workers were arrested, and the hyper drive was tracked here), was probably written by a woman, or an LGBT 😄😄😄. Basically, someone who likes soap operas. It actually makes no sense at all, and is the only really stupid part of the show. Its entire purpose is to set up a drama, for no good reason. Notice too that Huyang had run a scan on the hyper ring. That would have been even more evidence. However, Huyang conveniently went with Ahsoka. I did think that was a strange choice, sending Huyang. Now we see why. So he couldn't reveal his evidence.
you should really be more careful with your constant pausing, or at least with editing before uploading. Your video player shows the file name each time you pause, making it obvious that this is a, shall we say, Hondo Ohnaka version that you're watching. 😛
Of course he is. Not Vader, Anakin with complete control of both his sides. Doesn't matter if he's just Force ghost or some Godly being(like Father from Mortis) he's now the strongest human in existence (even prime Luke couldn't beat this prime Anakin).
Better than the reactors who talk over important dialogue. Keep in mind he’s explaining to his girl. I’m glad he paused instead of Missing important parts. Also his pausing is because he’s a passionate fan… not just to talk about BS like half these reactors. I just subscribed to him and he’s a great fan.
Real big hint when doing reviews. Don't keep hitting pause to talk about what you just watched. Do it after the viewing. Pausing it constantly throws people out of the atmosphere that trying to be built. It's extremely annoying and makes it harder for people to follow and enjoy. p.s. Nope, can't do it. Your review is unwatchable with the constant pausing. I'm out.
