I have been so busy since Force Friday with working on my channel I have not even had a chance to look at this thing yet. A guy in line at toys r us was telling me about it but I have not yet seen it. Going on amazon to look right now
It is a very cool ship. It is also very big and hard to move around, but I still love it. If you want one I have seen them on ebay and Amazon, just letting you know. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment it really helps.
Jon Hechanova I feel like mine works pretty well, but remember this ship is 18 years old. I'm sorry I don't know how to fix it. If you know how to sodder wires you could try opening it up and look for any wires poorly connected, and try to reattach them. Or you need to find someone who knows how to fix electronics, and speakers. I'm sorry I can't be any more help than that. I wish you the best of luck in finding a solution to your speaker problem, I'm sure there's a way to fix it.😁
Hi Josh from Honolulu! I just bought this last night at the Hawaii Collectors Expo. I also subscribed to your channel. What size are the figures ? How do you display this and the larger Falcon & At At in your home? These pieces are so great that I don't want to store mine in closets, they should be out and seen. I was perusing HOUZZ to get ideas.
robind hi, I think you are really going to enjoy owning this ship, I love mine. The figures in this video are 3.75 inch from the Phantom Menace line. I don't have very many of my toys on display in my house right now. I keep my toys in large storage containers or, like this ship in a large cardboard box. I am moving to a new, larger house in the near future. I am then planning on putting some of my collection out on display then. I have displayed my collection in the past. I would recommend to you that you get some sort of display case to put your collection in if at all possible. I know this ship is large and it will be hard to find a case it will fit in that doesn't cost a fortune. If you do decide to display it out in the open (which is ok to) know one down side or that is it may get dusty, and you may need to clean it from time to time. I have had that problem in the past. Thank You for watching and leaving a comment, and subscribing. Your support is greatly appreciated. 😁
Hello Josh, thanks for your response. I definitely would have to find a cover for these because the dust and humidity makes for a sticky surface. Ideally, I would like to display them on a surface where adults could play with the figures. I want to make sure this & my Falcon is easily accessible, also I'm planning on getting the large At At this year. 3 large pieces to display makes a FUN home. I may look around some of the dept stores to get ideas; sometimes these shops that go out of business will also sell their fixtures. I will keep you up to date on my ideas. Did you check out HOUZZ ?
robind that's a good idea to look at stores going out of business. Also try eBay I have seen old store displays for sale there. Good luck on your search.
HOUZZ is brilliant! It's a website and online community about architecture, interior design, decorating & landscape design. There are 15 million photos on all of the above. It's free and sign-on is so easy. After subscribing, type in "Star Wars Display" and up comes over 2,900 photos ideas. The Millenium Falcon coffee table is out-of-this-world!
did this model have a toilet? i'm reviewing the schematics and there is literally no accommodations for them to evacuate their bowels. was it that fast that they could just stop somewhere and find a starbucks?
It is a cool ship. One of the biggest made besides the Legacy Collection Falcon. Worse than the little parts, is the size of this thing it's hard to find a place to display it.
It is an awesome model, but playing with it, even for an adult is a bit clumbsy.... so what I did. I builded one out of Lego 🤗. All the way, very nice to watch as it helped me build one. This looks nice in display, but playing with it is a totally other matter.
It is big and hard to display and store it takes up a lot of room. I am glad I own it I love the prequel films. I really enjoy collecting the figures from those films.
I want another so bad to get it chrome plated as well as to get Shapeways or someone to make tail cones in scale with the ship. Those floppy things annoy me.... ah the Greatest ( Not Star Wars I know) Playset ever for me is the GI JOE DEFIANT
isaac wilson that sounds like a really cool idea. Totally custom Star Wars toys, I think you may be on to something there. I never thought of that before, good idea. I hope you do it, if you do let me know how it turns out. I want to see pictures of the finished product if you do it. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment.
Come on man, this music was given to me by a close personal friend. He writes and creates his own music, and he gave it to me as a big favor. You probably think it sounds like porn music because I have it turned down so low, to talk over it. The music is a rock metal instrumental, and it is very good music. But, your comment was funny, and I'm sure he will laugh at it. Thanks for leaving a comment and watching.
