Because you guys are watching it chronologically in universe, and he didn't give you spoilers, I wouldn't be too hard on yourself. In this day and age though it is fun watching someone realize Anakin is Vader

Anakin only gained his Sith eyes when he killed the Separatists, they were a thorn in everyone's side for 13 years, so enjoyed it. He didn't enjoy killing the Jedi, hence he wasn't physically affected, but mentally cracked.

The Anakin and Luke comparison are on purpose, as Lucas said they're meant to be the same... but a difference in how nurturing affects a person.

Seeing your reaction to the Vader reveal was incredible. When the movie first came out everyone had seen Episodes 4, 5 and 6 first so it wasn't exactly a secret, so seeing you have that realization was cool and unique. The original trilogy had its own mind-blowing reveals, but kind of in reverse if you get my drift. I love what you guys do with the videos, the extra little scenes within the scenes (ie. Taylor Swift), and if I may say, the two of you are just so damn lovable, haha. Keep it up, can't wait for the rest!

The 7 seasons of the Clone Wars show fill in that 3 year gap between the second and third film. Created by George Lucas as well, the show and the six films are the Lucas canon.

@KandJReelReacts Tell Kaija that in the 2003-2005 animated Clone Wars series, it was Mace Windu who used the Force to crush Grievous' rib cage that caused his wheezing in this film. It was canon at the time especially since the opening shot of this film was the end shot of the cartoon. You also see how Grievous kidnapped Palps. The latest series never showed that.

I've never really seen anyone react in chronological order. It's a nice change. Knowing the star wars fanbase though, I'm pretty sure you'll have had a number of hate comments.

Best way to explain Grievous is that he was damaged and manipulated into joining the Separatists by Dooku. Wanting to be the perfect warrior, he kept replacing his body more and more with Cybernetics, eventually gaining a cough due to his organs getting infected.

Don't feel too bad about mixing up Anakin and Luke. You are the first reactor I have seen reach Ep. 3 believing that, but I have seen others mix up the two throughout most of Ep. 1.

Amazing someone actually realized Palpatine was Darth Sidious before Episode III, it's so obvious but people always seem surprised. It's obvious at the end of Episode I. There's nothing in the Jedi Code that says a Jedi can't kill, they aren't supposed to kill without reason or execute prisoners. Ouch, thinking that only two Jedi are on the Jedi council overshadowed the knowing Palpatine was Sidious. Wait she thought Anakin Skywalker is Luke Skywalker? Huh, how did that happen? Why would anyone think that, I am so confused right now.

I wish you would've introduced her to Star Wars in "Rogue Release Order" starting with Rouge One then Ep. 4. I believe this viewing order, gives a simple narrative of whats going on in the Galaxy & who the good guys & the bad guys are.
