@@kylobenren8636 As cool as it would've been to see Maul in the game... he never went back to Dathomir after he was revived by the Nightsisters. however, Fallen Order 2 would have to include Maul if Merrin has a more important role & because both Maul and Merrin are the last of their people. Merrin would probably try to get Maul to join them, but Maul would refuse. However, as both Maul and Cal are against the sith, Maul would try to convert Cal as he did with Ezra. Who knows, maybe he'd succeed with Cal and that would explain why he would think he'd succeed with Ezra. Even if Maul doesn't succeed in converting Cal, he could teach a dark side ability to Cal that would be a new addition to the gameplay w/o needing flashback scenes. Oh, if Flashback scenes are a must... then we should have the V.A of Kanan Jarrus reprise his role as Caleb Dume & maybe even see Anakin, Ashoka, and/or Rex. However, those characters are only if the flashback scenes go further back into the Clone War.

that would indeed make the game much better. well, that and the ability to use the dark side of the force. however, the only thing that seems possible is the dismemberment stuff as the game is so Jedi-centric.
