Well given that ewoks were able to take out an entire battalion with rocks and arrows made from twigs id say its pretty useless. Honestly if youve seen bad batch and rebels, then the in universe explanation was that the Emperor got rid of the clones, destroyed the facilities and replaced it with the storm troopers. The armor was cheap and was not meant to protect its wearer rather it was another hallmark of the Tarkin doctrine. The armour was meant to stick out, to be memorable and distinct to show people that the empires presence was everywhere. It was more about fear than it was about being useful. Rex and Kanan comment on this in rebels when they say that storm trooper armor is garbage compared to clone armor and that the helmet has little to no visibility. In short, storm troopers are plastic soldiers and their armor only had 1 purpose: to scare people/show them that the empire had a presence.
Also let's not forget it's an 80lbs woman doing it. The guy would laugh and break her arm if this game were even a tad more on the realistic side. They really want us to suspend all belief during this game.

Suspend all belief lmao it's a game set in the star wars universe no need to be anal about it its not a documentary 🤣 I'm more worried about it becoming boring, grindy or repetitive because it's ubi lol This isn't an issue, if you're a star wars fan you'll know how crappy storm troopers are

Looks fun, but sadly i'll pass on this one due to being tied to the Ubi launcher, that thing is horrid, Such a shame though looks to be quite promising.
If you thought there was a chance you had to sneak into a restricted building, why the hell would you go straight to the front door to chat with the guards first? That might be the stupidest way to start a stealth mission I've ever seen. "Hey, that chick that just asked if she could come into this restricted building just walked around the corner and squeezed through some rocks. Should we be worried?" "Nah, I'm sure it was just the wind" "You thi-.. what?.." Also, this dialogue and voice acting is so bad that it sounds like one of those cringy faked multiplayer demonstrations they do for games like Ghost Recon Wildlands.
OK screw it, I'm seriously tired of games with 'strong female' main characters, it's such a joke. Irl she'd be killed by the first grunt she encounters. I'm tired of watching main character woman running at the speed of a toddler on a scooter and somehow outrunning an entire group of people pursuing her. She has the strength of a two year old. See her sneaking up on and taking out a guard? Yeah no, Irl if she tried that, the guard would laugh at her attempt and then break her neck. I'm tired of pretending like the main character woman is all strong and powerful, we a know this is bs. She's not beating anyone up, she'd trip over her own two feet, fall and break her neck if she tried actually having a fight against a trained man. These games with main character females all expect you to suspend belief and pretend like these women can stand up to armies when really they wouldnt be as to do much of anything against anybody. If this gane would be more realistic she'd get beat up by the first common thug she encounters, game over.
@@trashface123 you could give her a rocket launcher, she wouldn't even be able to lift it let alone fire it with any kind of real aim. Who are we kidding here? This trend of women can be as kick-ass as men thing had got to slow down. OK I get the whole inclusion thing, she should be more of a pilot or cook or first mate or something. Having this dainty female take on a whole army and stand a chance is laughable. She'd literally get beat in the first combat that takes place. Let me guess, the twist is that she is a jedi, which will explain how she actually stands a chance in this situation.

Playing a female Character is fine,its the shallow gameplay mechanics that bother me.But a least there aren't 27 Loadingscreens when you come out of space and land on the planet
this is the most basic and generic stealth and combat I have ever seen... we've seen this with the past 10 ubisoft games. nothing new, nothing different, nothing innovative. They really are just slapping the star wars IP on this and hoping it will sell. And with the disaster that was the acolyte episode 3, ive finally come to the realization that star wars is well and truly dead. I can't believe I am at the point in my life where the mention of new star wars content not only brings me no joy, but fills me with dread wondering what they will ruin next. I have officially given up. Well done disney, you literally made a life long fan now apathetic to something that used to bring such much happiness and excitement.. I never thought I'd ever live to see that
