Dude!! Numskull is probably going to get in touch with you one day to give you a job!!!! That is awesomeness!!!! The controller alone is a masterpiece work of art. I didn’t think that could be duplicated in that size. My mind is still blown!!! Can’t wait to see what you tackle next!!! Robotron, Crystal Castles, Bubbles, Moon Patrol, Burger Time & Food Fight would be a few I would love ❤️ to see you take on!!! Oh, Williams Make Trax also!!!

Truly difficult for me to find enough superlatives to to describe this achievement of awesomeness to give it the justice that it deserves. Sometimes you see something that goes beyond inspiring and makes you want to give up instead. Truly amazing work. Along with your Donkey Kong build, this has earned a place on my very exclusive personal favorite arcade builds playlist. Thanks for sharing and also kudos for such a great and well-edited video. Can't wait to see what you come up with next.

fantastic job. excellent attention to detail. I have built a 1/6 joust from scratch and nearly finished a 1/6 Star Trek (SEGA). By odd coincidence I have also built a full size astromech.

I have the A1U cabinet and love it to death. Except it doesn't have the vacuum molded cockpit border. I really wish somebody would sell them.

I agree, it would have been a nice touch if they could have done that. If I had access to a large enough vacuum forming machine, I think it would be a great thing to offer to sell for 1Up customers.

Probably not, it took way to long to build it and I’m not sure people would be willing to pay what I’d have to charge.

Not at this time. The 3D modeling was very time consuming and not cheap.

So, I have seen the two you made. And like yourself... I am inspired to make something similar by the Quarters and Numbskull arcade machines. And while you are not willing to part with the design (I understand!) I was wondering if you would be willing to help with the small buttons and joystick. What swicth hardware are they both built on top of? This is a problem I haven't solved yet. PS: I'd also pay real money for help with the Star Wars yolk too! ; )

While it's not a step by step, I tried to show what parts I used as well as what it's made from. It's not really a kit, so I just had to figure it out as I went. Hopefully it will help give you some direction how to build your own.

@@mariodykstra6555 I actually bought an extra Pac-Man cabinet with the hopes to re-use most of the parts to build a Burger Time. You would want to build something from the same manufacture like another Midway game, so that it has the same coin door, speaker grill, marque, CP, etc. But, you most likely will not be able to re-use the actual microprocessor and most likely the monitor. While the monitor does have a standard 40pin TFT ribbon cable, you would need to buy a video controller board to HDMI ($25) and then use a Raspberry Pi for the brains. You will also still need to provide your own charging circuit, amplifier, etc as that is all built into the numskull microprocessor PCB. So basically what you would be able to salvage would be, the marque holder brackets, the joystick and buttons(maybe), the control panel metal, the coin door, the one battery it has, maybe a few other odds and ends… but not much.

First off you have created a very exact and amazing arcade 1/4 scale arcade. Your very gifted and. You do a rad job on these. I think people would be willing to pay a nice chunk of cash for one of these. Im in need of some minor help with my arcade 1up mod with a raspberry pie 4 using the a pac encoder for my yoke. Its been 6 months and i still cant calibrate my yoke to have the cross hairs return to center. I have alot faith you can help me calibrate my yoke for the cross hairs to return to center although my yoke does my cross hairs do not making the Star Wars game unplayable. Im desperate now after 6 months please help me out. If you can do it on your pi 3b I’m sire you can help me fix my issue. “ YOUR MY ONLY HOPE ”
