WOW! It looks amazing! Is definitely one of my favourite sabers of them all from one of my favourite characters. I especially like the fact that you can remove the kyber crystal and that it can change from purple to red. Totally love the saber. Also nice review sir! May the force be with you.😀
That stand is awesome, way better than the old stands. They're DEFINITELY taking some design elements from the custom lightsaber crowd with the multi-function buttons, removable crystal, blaster sounds, flash-on-clash and the hinged claws. Somehow I didn't hear about this lightsaber being released, but I'm buying it.
I hope that this lightsabre, means that Disney will be adding Revan into a TV show or off-movie at some point. That will generate the merch fomo! Real talk, Revan is often depicted of having two lightsabres (one red one purple) is that correct? Or is the imagry just representing that he was a jedi master, but now a sith - so it kinda sits in between
I was very concerned with the reviews, but wanted a purple saber so badly, and i'm with the Sith, when I finally caved in and got mine tonight, I spent $240 on it at Gamestop. Cons and pros below. Pros: When the saber works, it has nice transition from purple to red, vice versa. The deflect blaster shots is a neat feature with pretty decent timing and such Handle and blade hinges are heavy metal, it feels amazing and easy to hold Good weight Cons: Soundboard lags when moving the blade, the sounds don't trigger right at all most of the time. In this video he showed you can change the blade colors by pressing the buttons, mine doesn't allow me to do that. At first it was letting me transition from red to purple just fine, then suddenly stopped. The cutting animation isn't that loud My crystal doesn't shine as brightly as his does, it's poor LED color. I really like this lightsaber, it's what I've always wanted but there's too many things I don't like about it that justify me keeping it, taking it to Gamestop tomorrow and getting my money back.
I just sent mine back. This lightsaber when it worked for three days was amazing. The problem is the quality control for this is awful. Hopefully they replace mine soon. I paid so much money I want the lightsaber. Very disappointed
Would be great if the resonate sound of lightsaber responded to speed of movement, faster speed would translate higher octave pitch sound and vise verse to slower speed.
I need help, just got this saber, and I’ve noticed that, when left idle without any movement or pressing any button, it will auto-shut down after 45 seconds, is that normal??? I have a Dooku Force FX (but not Elite) and it auto shuts down like after 3-4 minutes… ¿Are Elite hasbro sabers supposed to shutdown after only 45 seconds of being idle or just Revan’s???
It is. It's actually murder to try and swing around much less duel with it. Whoever designed it never dueled in their life. It's was designed only to look cool and intimidating.

Yeah it LOOKS great BUT for dueling that handle would be MURDER. It is def not designed for any type of heavy dueling at all. I've gone thru the motions with that lightsaber and I'm here to tell you that you'd want to chuck it after about 10-15 min of dueling with it. Yeah I know, its a collectible but that handle was def designed to look pretty. Ergonomically it's garbage. There is no way to hold it comfortably. I'm not sure why it was designed that way other than to look "cool" but a swordsman surely didn't. That was designed by someone who's never dueled in their life.
