Star Wars: The Deckbuilding Game - Clone Wars Edition 

There IS a Harry Potter deckbuilding game called "Hogwarts Battle" that is a lot of fun. It is co-op rather than competitive, isn't quite as well designed as this one, and takes until the last few scenarios in the base game / the second expansion to really get challenging, but once you get there, it is a lot of fun. My girlfriend and I have played a lot and it was a gateway drug to deckbuilding games haha. Would recommend you check that out if she likes Harry Potter and this game. You can quickly skip to the last few years or check out the monsters expansion if you are familiar with this game.

Also there is “hogwarts battle: defence against the dark arts” which is basically what you describe. A 1v1 deckbuilder, with a few different mechanics than this. Instead of a galaxy row you can give your opponent hex cards and stuff. Check it out, if she’s not into card games but into HP, she’ll like it.
