SWTOR Sith Inquisitor Dark Side Ending HERE IS MY OUTFIT! Callous Conqueror Robes, Dark Seeker Helmet, Frenzied Zealot Gloves, Black and Black Dye Module
I was not expecting this video to be this popular! Thank you so so much for all the love and support! PS, I know I clicked a lot in the vid, I was a noob when I recorded this but I learned to use keybinds and fully use them rn XD
It would be funny if that happened and then the guy said "And the ghosts, don't think we don't know" and then started picking them up and folding them like Jackets over his forearm before saying "ok, you can go in now"
the inquisitor story is what it means to be a true sith, nothing is handed to you, everything is earned and gained through blood, sweat, and tears, your power is not immediately understood and granted to you, and your rise to power involves the death of your masters.
Always liked how this ending bookends things, with your character being called a slave, and getting blasted by loads of lightning to open a door on Korriban at level 8 or 9 and they almost fail - and then stand up and endure it, and channel it to open the door. That theme of refusing to give up continues all the way to the end, where Thanaton calls you a slave and hits you with the mother of all lightning storms and you endure it, too.
This video in a nutshell... Assassin and Thanaton: "my lightning is lightninger then your lightning" Darth Ravage: "lol fuckin noob" Darth Marr: "stfu Ravage"
@MUHAMMAD AZLAN SHAH BIN HAZIZUL - Indeed. I think Darth Marr is the closest thing we can get (outside of players) to a "Grey Sith", just like that of a Grey Jedi.
@MUHAMMAD AZLAN SHAH BIN HAZIZUL - Mortis is by far my favorite Dark Council member. Guys so calm, has some degree of empathy when killing Thanaton and even dismisses the reverence for the past Thanaton expressed by stating "Ive been around longer, Ive seen shit" more or less, even being the first to give the Lord their seat without question. He feels like someone who has regrets, faced hardships he doesn't turn into strength by anger or hatred, but rather clarity. Hes a better Jedi council member than any of the actual Jedi council members while still being a good Sith.
@@thalmoragent9344 If I recall correctly, one part of the code of the Sith particularly the part about victory states that while there are many kinds of victory, they are ultimately illusions unless the winner demonstrates clear superiority over the person they defeat. Making him kneel before Darth Nox in full view of the council forces Thanaton to unwillingly acknowledge that Darth Nox is superior to him before striking the final blow. No one can question or debate that Darth Nox is the superior one.
I just love how the inquisitor flexes for the whole fight. Deflect lightning, stops a lightsaber then freakin force him to kneel. You can't be more badass than that.
To be fair the Inquisitor had access to power from 4-5 force ghosts and is Nigh unkillable (with exception of the strongest force users in the SW universe)
Think about it this way. You humiliated Thanaton before his peers, made him kneel before you and watch him crawl. Yes Mortis stole the kill but this was a satisfying end was it not :)
Goddamn, I never realized how well the Dark Seeker helmet fits with the Conqueror set. It's almost intimidating. And I was using the Trophy Hunter this whole time.
@@AA-jp9cj I kinda know where he's coming from. I just tried that combo, but unfortunately I'm playing with a female inquisitor and the helmet clips through the hood regardless of the build. Will have to settle with either Trophy Hunter or Wayward Warrior's helmet. Those are the only ones that don't clip
That would be cool yes. Tho being a member of the Dark Council was the highest position a Sith could get during those times. So it would be stupid to turn it down I guess XD
@@Bl1tzkn1ght That's why they have Sith Warriors they fight the wars while the Inquisitors run the empire although Warriors can end up on the council like Darth Marr and Decimus for instance but usually Sith Warriors won't really ever rise to that station.
Boredom is actually linked to depression. And thus a sign of weakness. Learn to take an interest in everything and you'll learn to never be bored. It's all a game. Learn to outplay the other guy. That's the whole point behind the "I beat him at his own game" line.
I come back here every now and then just to enjoy the sight of the Inquisitor using all their unrestrained, unlimited, unholy, cosmic, power just to make their rival fall onto his knees. And with the track for Vader's creation being played while it's happening, it is just so damn cinematic. THIS is the moment the Inquisitor goes from Sith, to pure legend.
I love using that set with my zabrak inq. With the yellow eyes (first option), crimson red skin and then use the ceremonial yellow dye on that set, no helmet? Looks insane. The dye makes the "metal" parts of the armor a nice golden shade and everything else black, while still having the glowing red tidbits. You look like a legit Sith Lord that would just sit in the back letting an apprentice handle your enemies while you blast with lightning or something lol.
As far as I'm concerned, the Sith Inquisitor is the coolest character in the game, with the best story in the game, and the coolest "ending" in the game. I mean, what other character can summon use a double-bladed lightsaber, CONSUME ghosts, become a member of the DARK COUNCIL, and tank a FORCE STORM like it's nothing!?
Inq was by far the best class story, and i've done all 8. Inq is just such a damn power trip and you journey to Become stronger, rather than just "i am now stronger than you for no reason" or being a gunner class and taking out Darths/Jedi Masters in a 1v1, that just ain't happening. #1: Inq. #2: War. #3: Everyone else cause they don't matter.
@@carl4243 Yes, but not 1 v 1, the clones had a squad on their side and attacked out of nowhere, the Jedis had no reason to suspect them of an attempt at their life. And Boba/Jango Fett had plot armor up the ass, even the one where it gives the Jedis amnesia and forget that they got the fkn FORCE. and in SWTOR, they do not have that, so they do not hold back using it, yet they still lose, which is by all definition, BS.
@@carl4243 i do, i never specifically mentioned a single class that has that plot armor crap, Which is why i said Gunner classes, as in, every class that uses a Gun of any kind.
The use of the the music from the Emperor's Throne room where Luke explicitly rejects the dark side is a nice touch here. Its either ironic or very fitting depending on your alignment
Honestly, absolutely nothing in any of the other stories ever felt as epic to me as when the inquisitor literally made a dark council member bow to them with the force while that music played. It was an amazing end and pay off to all the efforts we went through when we finally pinned Thanaton down and put him in his place for messing with us.
I got Darth Imperius, the best name, in my opinion. One of the worst things, though, is that we never got to participate in even a single Dark Council meeting...
So many years have passed since I played this pearl, still watching it makes me chill! :) The stories of all classes are so rich I cannot be grateful enough for! Especially the stories of the BH, the Inquisitor and the Warrior!
5:55 The best scene in the whole game in my opinion. The whole game you are teased the padme’s destiny theme and then finally at the climax of your story, when you’ve completely humiliated and dominated your enemy, you finally get the crescendo and it’s paired with the most badass force attack possible.
sith inquisitor : oh hey man how's it going sith warrior : oh great just wiped the floor with darth baras and now I'm officially the emperors wrath! how are you? sith inquisitor: I'm about to go in and defeat thanaton maybe get a seat. sith warrior : wait a minute when was this a thing? sith inquisitor : uuhh about the same time you walked out. sith warrior : *(sigh)* everything went wrong as soon as i stepped out huh? want any help with him? sith inquisitor : nah i got him wanna get lunch later? sith warrior : sure! see you around.
I think out of all of the endings to the Class Stories, Inquisitors is undoubtably the best. The way you just ragdoll Thanaton at the ending is amazing; and the John Williams score is so perfectly used here.
I’m never going to understand why they needed to nerf Thanaton, Baras, and some of the other final bosses. It feels weightier when you do it alone, otherwise it’s a piece of cake.
Bioware should made Baras, Nomen Karr and Thanaton to champion level with immunity from knockback and interruptions and have them have more shield power and dps against the player. Or the player should unequips his clothes except for his lightsaber like Beowulf when he fought Grendel.
this fight somehow always reminds me of naga sadow and ludo kressh, while darth thanaton is a follower (more like a fanatic) of sith tradition (like ludo kressh) and darth nox is painted as "the future of the sith" which matches with naga sadow's ideal of progression for the sith empire
The moment Ravage sits up straight in his seat when Thanaton is literally forced down to his knees by the "slave" is 🤌. Then later protests his ascension to the Dark Council where earlier he couldn't care less because "damn he might actually be a threat". Exquisite.
Also note, the pc gives Thanaton like 4 chances to yield and surrender. And he doesn't. Or I guess you can look at it like "Nothing you do can even touch me".
Love the conqueror set for the inquisitor, matches perfectly. I had just bought the set right before this fight and used the malgus reborn full mask for the head piece. Fucking awesome combo.
The only part of the fight I hate is Darth Mortis taking the kill. That is BS...it's like, "Dude...the f---? That's my kill!" I loved your armor! No matter how many times the SI makes Thanaton submit...it is sooooo satisfying!!! Awesome video!!!
Darth Nox is a perfectly cool enough sith name to satisfy most. They did a good job picking it. It was a good choice for my character and it matches yours too.
Just a small question on the dyes for the outfit because it looks so cool (great job) and I’ve never used dyes really before, can you just dye one piece and use unify colours (if so which one) or do you need to dye them all separately Also such an awesome video😄
I often hear people say they prefer the Warrior ending over the Inquisitor, but that just baffles me. Warrior's ending is: Enters chamber, beats up Baras, wins, and is basically like: "Don't mess with me. Kbye." And nothing to follow it up. But the Inquisitor? Not only do you defeat the man who has caused you so much grief, but you literally force him to bow before you before causing him anguish that is so severe that even the developers were like "Fade to black! Fade to black! Fade to black!!" And then, after everything, when Thanaton is dead... you return to Dromund Kaas and you get announced by Khem Val, while ominous music plays in the background. The Inquisitor ending is just so... perfect. It fulfills everything-to me-about what a Sith is all about and how to truly defeat those who believes themselves to be your betters. That is why I personally prefer the Inquisitor. Don't get me wrong: I love how sarcastic the Warrior can be, but the Inquisitor just hits all the marks of being a truly awful person, and a powerful threat.
Seriously though,I was recording knights of the fallen empire on my main lesbian kedi knight, and while I was in a cutscene where valkorion was using his abilities to kill me and was using some crazy shit to control me,I got "you have a new mail",I laughed soo hard at that time
I find it deeply satisfying and impressive that despite the relatively small amount of character animations they use and how restrictive these animations can be, The Old Republic seems to have some of the coolest cutscenes out of any MMORPG I have ever seen. Especially with the reveal of the ghosts walking out from behind the Inquisitor like that. It's just- *Mwah* Chef's Kiss! 🤌🖤
