Phenomenonal figure and great review. This is exactly how the deluxe format should be used, not regular Fett with 2 Stormtrooper Helmets or Ahsoka with a cloak. Cobb Vanth and Saw Gerrera next please!

Idk i strongly disagree. He literally just comes with “his stock weapons” barely anything extra. I dont think its far hes deluxe cuz hes fat. Thats just fat shaming.

I am so excited for this issue and I had placed the order as soon as it was possible. I am pretty amazed at how early you get some of these up coming releases in your hands. Your quite fortunate and I think we are all so grateful that you share the insight publicly. Another awesome early review! Looks really good! Whether it’s screen accurate or not I do think the helmet size still seems a tad small. Proof that you can never make us collectors 100% happy, lol.

Absolutely brilliant been anxiously waiting for Paz Vizla figure to get released. Looks great have to agree they should of given a slight wash on the under garments also the brown karma should have been soft goods material would have made this figure look so much better. The brown plastic karma really ruins the look for me luckily it's mainly from behind so you don't see it to much from the front!! I've got 3 or 4 of the Black Series Paz Vizla & also bought the Hot Toys version which is an absolute beast of a figure. Has amazing shelf presence. That was my first ever Hot Toy which introduced me to chasing the dragon of Hot Toy figures. LoL Have to agree BB this has to be a serious contender for figure of the year!! Top notch review mate!!😎👍

Great review Bossk. I actually like the vintage collection version of this character over the black series figure. I'm almost to the point I would rather buy the characters in the vintage collection version over the black series in terms of price and easier storage.

If I get one allotted nit-pick on this phenomenal action figure, it is that they omitted the mythosaur insignia on his left shoulder pad. I would have expected that for a 3.75in figure that costs nearly $30. Again, this figure is incredible, a pinnacle of modern super-articulated action figure engineering, and was SO anticipated, AND worth the wait! Without a doubt figure-of-the-year material. But the price-point invites a nit-pick or two 😜

The Dark Troopers should have been this size, judging from your size comparison with Din Djarin. Was my only knock against the DT’s. At least it’s good to know this guy is sized right and gives me hope they’ll do Krrsantan justice!

Really excited for whenever this eventually reaches us in UK, but I will be customising him a bit to have a black wash/weathering and fill in some paint on some of the dents and dings. Agreed, Paz’s head is just the right size. Mandalorian Armor isn’t really one size fits all. Paz is built like a truck, so the armor looks small on him. Cobb Vanth was tall and very slender, so the armor looked weird on him too.

My only complaint about this figure is that at it's price point, I think we should have gotten a Jon Favreau head sculpt. Black Series got the sculpt, I wish we had gotten it as well

Black Series got it as part of an Exclusive, 2 years after the original figure. As he doesn't remove the helmet in the show it doesn't really bother me.

I usually order 2-3, I just get 1 now . I can just display the empty box, but paint apps are hit or miss. BBTS just barely got the Speeder bike , hopefully we get this soon too !

So good! I think I'm going to get rid of my Black Series version once this guy comes in. I'm very stoked they made this guy for the VC, and he looks to be a favorite, right next to the newest Boba Fett, who is WAY better than the show he's part of. 🙂

Great review Bossk! Thanks! The figure seems to be fantastic. Wished Hasbro used a bubble card like the Maldo Kreis Mando & Grogu for the deluxe figures. I really dislike the box packaging for figures in the Vintage Collection.

Very nice! Re the head size; I think it is accurate, however the neck is probably a little long. Everyone can see John Favreau has no neck 😂

He does look awesome but as a carded collector I won’t be buying him at the prices they charge. They could make him carded on a larger bubble like the Mando/child 2pk. I would like to see him in the Retro line as well. He need a cardback.

I’m not interested in this figure… yet. But WOW!!! This one is gonna command a presence on shelf. All these extra functions for poses are great at first glance! Nice of you to offer a look at the figure, Tim. Unrelated, but I did get the Cal Kestis figure. While most of it is great, I was hit with an awful surprise: my figure lacked peg holes on the bottom of his feet. It wasn’t deep enough so I dare not call them peg holes. I hope the most recent wave isn’t hit with such QC issues because that would be disappointing. Let’s hope Paz doesn’t have this issue. The peg hole on Cal’s belt for the lightsaber hilt works just fine as it did for Dark Times Vader so no worries.

That looks amazing! however, it's SO big, it almost looks slightly out of scale next to the Mando figure. Next to the Bo Katan and Koska Reeves figures, he's gonna be like twice their size. And one question - does the blast effect double as a flame effect for the flamethrower nozzle on his left gauntlet? Is it attachable there?

Hey Bossk! Curious if you know why figures have no wash anymore? There were some really nice wash figures in the past, with nice weathering look. You know, lived in, the way George wanted it all to look. Is washing too expensive or something? They rarely do it anymore it seems.

It's undeniably a lovely figure but it's only worth about twenty quid, thirty-three is absolutely criminal considering they didn't even bother to paint the back properly. If it was reasonably priced I'd have bought two, one for each show, but as it is I'm only going to get *one* if I can find one at a decent discount

Do you find the yellow paint is too bright? On screen it looks very muted but that could just be how dark the scenes are that he's in.

So glad I collect vintage and not just black series. For awhile all I got was black series. Then got some vintage and haven’t looked bk. Amazing the stuff u get with these 3.75 figures that don’t even get with the 6 inch. Only Black series collectors, telling you that ur missing out on some amazing figures if don’t collect vintage to. Plus they don’t take up near as much space, so you can have a dozens of them on same shelf would had only 12 of your 6 inch figures on.
