If SWU gets big enough to have their own streams for the actual premier events, you know they’re reaching out to you. Your play-by-play is awesome. Just gotta find you a cohost that can compliment it with some good flavor input
That would be absolutely amazing on both fronts! It would be an honor to cast their live events, and I do look forward to working with someone to bring the commentary and coverage to the next level.
Great coverage. Thanks! I get all excited to play competitively and then remember that it’s expensive. Then eventually the cards rotate and you have to start over 😢. Reminding me of my competitive MTG days.
You're welcome! I am glad you are enjoying the coverage. It can definitely be expansive at times, but it sure is a blast. Also, I don't believe we know when cards will rotate at this point. I am sure all of the sets will get a lot of great use before any kind of rotation takes place.
I really appreciate that! As for the next series, I do not have a timeline right now. I was unable to attend SCG CON Tampa. So I do not currently have new footage to release. Stay tuned!
man that new han is pretty damn good huh? is there any reason not to swap in him for sabine in the standard sabine green deck? feels like you can play even more aggro with him
Absolutely. The new Han is great! I think some players have definitely started tinkering with aggro versions of the new Han, but I am not sure it will replace Sabine. The explosive turns that Sabine can have on the flip turn (4 resources) is pretty tough to match. Sabine's action ability with the built in 1 damage also provides a lot of reach.
Darksaber and stacking damage on sabine is way too good to drop for han even if you put down aggro units a turn earlier, it doesn't make up the 5 damage sabine deals on her own.
Some people do find the card shuffling a bit distracting, but a large majority of players in the competitive environment seem to do something along these lines.
