@@zparkergeco I don’t think the dolce gusto latte Macchiato caramel pods do have instant coffee in them as it’s a 2 pod drink. How it usually works is any milk based drink that uses a single pod uses instant coffee & creamer combined, any duel pod drinks use a pod with proper ground coffee. The flat white & Cafe au lait pods and variations use instant coffee & creamer combined in a single pod. Best bring to £o is look out for and buy duel pod drinks on the dolce gusto system.

Dolce Gusto automatic machines are superior to nespresso, as it has a dpecific water quantity led bars, the nespresso one can easily over extract,bitter,watered down...over done...yuck. Dolce was very clever on ststing amount of water needed for the perfect extraction...
From the video there are two capsules. There are milk and coffee capsules. If you want milk like in the video Add milk capsules followed by coffee capsules.
I never add milk in the water tank. The manual recommend to use only water because it can scald and leave a sticky residue on the inside of your coffee maker.
