Starbucks trans row ERUPTS as staff accuse customer of being a 'transphobe' 

Starbucks needs to fire him and I hope the man holding the camera filed charges. This employee is nothing more than a drama queen and the world does not rotate around them.

As a woman, I’d feel threatened if this supposed trans woman was clapping and yapping in my face like this. You’re in a customer service role, unless the customer is extremely abusive, trashing the place, or disturbing other customers, you never speak to them this way. Never in my many years in CS have I had or witnessed an outburst like this from an employee. I’ve seen some shit, but this is atomic.

So just a break down of events. This is a manger named “Luna.” This manager butted into a conversation between this white haired woman and another employee…Luna immediately came for this woman because of a harmless comment about Starbucks not taking cash. While miss manager was berating her, the white haired woman said, “I was just meaning to this lady here.” Which by the way, wasn’t even referring to Luna. Luna then loses it on her, stating that she is non binary and not a lady and calls white haired lady a Karen and transphobic. The man recording is the sweet, white haired ladies husband and immediately into recording is attacked and shoved against a wall. When the manager, Luna, goes back in the shop, she throws white haired ladies bag over the counter, to which an employee returns it to her…Luna then picks white haired lady up from the back and PHYSICALLY throws her out of the store. All for a “lady” that wasn’t even meant for Luna…and had it been for Luna, why in gods name would this woman not assume you are a woman?! You literally are a man, that dresses like a woman. 😑 Makeup, pink curly hair, and women’s clothing. People need to learn the difference between offended and offensive…cause intent matters. And no one was trying to be transphobic here. This is getting so out of hand and NEEDS to be addressed. Stop enabling this behavior from this community Biden administration! Ps Luna has been fired. But ask yourself, with volatile behavior like this…there had to be stepping stones to this. Red flags.
