Brussel Sprouts......just starting my journey here and i think I'm getting confused. Is it better (nutritionally) to bake, boil or steam your potatoes and such? Excellent content BTW.
Love your philosophy, just getting started. Even though i enjoy oatmeal, i appreciate the Mexican breakfast dish. If you add cayenne to the cinnamon on your sweet potatoes and or the apples...thermo boist and delicious.

Brussels Sprouts! I don't actually eat them because they make me bloat, ha ha. Fun fact, or not. When I went oil free my stomache and intestines kind of became "calm". It's hard to explain the feeling, but it really was an unusual sense of calmness. I was surprised that oils and other types of added fats had been so problematic for my digestion.
Seeing the insane amount of frozen potato at the store I am sure you can. However don’t freeze raw potatoes you will need to at least blanch them first or cook them completely.
Are these meals enought protein if I run and train. I lost weight on the starch solution but now that I am introducing training I also want to build muscle. Your recipes looks so yummmyyy! Thank you for sharing with us. Brussels sprouts :)
I have a collagen deficiency syndrome called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome which gives me weak joints and arthritis. I love your recipes because they are simple and easy for me, as I still have to work part time to make ends meet (don't tell my doc I'm working shhhh). I don't have the time or energy to do in depth recipes anymore. Brussels Sprouts... Yum!

Gas after beans and veggies many times just means you haven’t eaten enough of them to build up the good gut bugs that digest them, so when the bad gut bugs eat them it produces gas. Just try starting with very small quantities (like one or two brussels sprouts) and gradually increasing the amount over time. That way you are slowly building up the quantity of good gut bugs that need them (and other veggies) to survive. 🤩 It’s worth a shot to get to possibly enjoy them more regularly.
Brussels sprout. Can you eat the outside of that squash? I saw squash in the store for the first time today this season. Tiny tiny pumpkins were $2.00. I hope the prices are low for them this year. Red grapes are $2.49 per lb. I haven't been able to find zucchini in the store. I bought organic cucumber 4 for $5. They are large too. Nice video and recipes.
