Starcraft 2: Legacy of the Void - Brutal Walkthrough - Sky Shield 

Love the doodads on this map. I mean come on, look at those massive missile turrets randomly firing at something.

For an advanced race that frowns on the terrans, the Protoss sure speak good english :-)

That giant missile turret at 16:55 is very very nice for modding and making custom models of structures!

If it's about mobility, I think you either go Dragoon/Centurion or Stalker/Whirlwind. Dragoons can take more hits but they get on the way, but centurions can pass through them. Stalkers can blink away, giving room for the whirlwinds to attack. Depends on you rather micro or macro I think.

Dragoons only have 40 more health than stalkers, and stalkers blink ability enables them to regenerate 40 shields and completely avoid the 100 damage raven missiles, so if you just know how to micro blink, stalkers are more effective at surviving than dragoons Dragoons also only have 1 more dps than stalkers against armored, and the only real advantage they have is the extra range, which doesn't mean much except against static defenses, as stalkers can blink to close the distance on units that outrange them AND to escape Dragoons also take up more space, enabling fewer of them to hit enemies at a time and zealots/sentinels have a harder time getting to enemies past the dragoons, compared to stalkers that are smaller and can blink behind the zealots.

I think it's bizarre how much Heart of the Swarm music is reused for Legacy of the Void. For instance, during the Spear of Adun Orbital Bombardment cut-scene, the same music heard during Jim's rescue mission plays. I've gotten used to that song representing the struggle of Kerrigan and Raynor, but now it's being used to represent any tense scene...

damn you made that look easy

Two things I forgot when I tried this on brutal. Destroying the EMP before heading too far up, because of the shield drain, which got me. That and using the shield batteries to recharge.

I have been trying this on Hard recently and I just can't pull it off. I run out of troops or time.

I think it's worth going to korhal before shakuras for those annihilators on the Last Stand mission. I dunno, just my opinion.

All of the ground forces run right by the center cannons/shield batteries. This doesn't work.

the whirlwind zealot is way stronger than the stun zealot from what i tested

pretty well, except for the life of your zealots and dragoons...

For brutal play through does it take weeks to learn micro management perfectly to not fail a mission
