Mengsk is literally the most broken commander. He builds economy faster than the zerg, has multiple ways of being played, has the most broken topbar abilities, and is only matched by Karax in sheer macro presence.
If you're with karax with his P1 he can chrono wave and speed the attack speed of all the earthspliters causing them to melt anything quickly. Friend and I found out about this after doing Dead of Night to see how many nights you can last with pure defense from Karax & Mengsk together.
@@auzk2js71 We made it to about Night 12. Sadly it does get to a point where the aberrations and mass stanks just start to really tear through everything, and we were running out of resources.
@@RagingReaper Oof, also I forgot that resources run out lmao. I wish there was a level where your goal was to survive as long a possible, just like that Protoss level in the campaign
It is, you can tell due to attack wave timings (first wave spawning at 2:00 and a wave every 3 minutes after). The reason the waves seem so small is probably because 1) terran bio is a really really weak enemy comp and I got lucky with that 2) keep in mind only the first 3 early game attack waves ever even spawned. Speedruns often don't have to worry about attack waves of notable size because you win before a hard wave ever spawns.
@@sticksbender4057 I am unable to rally troopers out of vision. Just before min 3 mark you rally troopers without vision, this seems to be patched, unless you are using some kind of trick? If so, let me know what the trick is.
@@蛇王-y9b cuz I play this game for fun not looking for someone to carry me, playing with a Mengsk spamming es on this map kills all fun for his teammate. Am sufficient to carry myself even when I grind for prestige.
Cheezy yet a affective. But not my play style. Im very toxic to this strategy now cause partner (if playing as mengsk) always goes for this and destroys everything, leaving me nothing to kill. Would rather leave the match instead of watching the toxic fool getting all the kills.
@@aseldesu You dont get it dont you? Im already Max leveled to all my commanders. Yes a free win is a free win. But wheres the fun in that? Think about it? Your teammate using this cheezy strat, while you are still building your bad ass army. Then when the time is right for the battle you are hoping for your amry? Then poof! No enemy units to kill for your troops. And took make matters worst your teammate is speed running it! In my conclusion this strat is overrate for this map and for this particular commander. Sucks out the fun the for one of the players...
@@aseldesu How did you get that he hates playing with others in Any of that? All he stated was that Mengsk players implementing this strat turn co-op missions into a single player mission but with extra steps. He wants to take part in the mission instead of being handed a win. Winning ≠ Fun for everyone.
