SC must be a really scary universe to live in. No wonder marines were freaking out and shaking during the SC Broodwar cutscene. What's crazy is they were just facing zerglings.

Seeing how big the Spear is makes me think it's hilarious that the ship did a warp jump to dodge a measly 4 missiles.

That puts things into perspective... In these sizes, void ray rush would be OP haha.

Imagine a VR-supported Battlefield-type game based on Starcraft universe. You walk out a Barrack as a newly trained Marine, see the sky turns red and purple with the Swarm, Terran and Zerg alike dying everywhere around you. You scream a battlecry, shoot your whole magazine at a Mutalisk swooping down at your squad. Unbeknown to you, a dozen of Banelings have already surrounded your base. It's already scary enough that a Drone is the same size as a Marine.

The spear of Adun is actually insane... Only 3 of these Ships existed and 2 have been lost. Yet in the Campaign the power of the ship has been constantly downplayed... :D

추가 정보: 뮤탈리스크의 날개는 유리조각에 찢길 정도로 얆아서 마린들은 뮤탈리스크를 처치할때 항상 날개부터 공격하도록 훈련 받는다.

If the game' dmg is also properly scaled and tuned according to the size, Terran would have no chance of living at all, like at all.

If you look closely enough (closer than possible in this video) you can see a sign on the rear of the Spear of Adun reading "We brake for nobody".

Thanks for the video. It was pretty interesting to get this information. It was many surprises to me, how many units are actually much bigger than in the game, and how small units, such as marines, without the problems crashes some kilometres of toss air army ;D

I remember that from a official source, the battle cruiser that we build in games are actually a version specifically designed for close surface tactical air support, like a scaled downed version of the big ones, hosting 6 pilots only. Like an AC130 gun boat.

I think lore wise, drones are fully capable of killing marines, as are all those other big monsters that in normal gameplay are helpless. I can imagine a swarm host crushing a marine, a lurker attacking without being burrowed, even the defiler looks intimidating from up close.

am i the only one who miss the old SC1 vehicles like the Goliaths, , Vipers, and Wraiths as well as the bigger class of Cruisers? not allowing us to use them in any multi mode of SC2 was a big crime! a big finger to us! otherwise , very interesting how the sizes of these units make the things different, when we think about this universe

The Zerg air units must be pretty freaky if we ever see them in our skies. That would be something directly out of The Mist. Actually, all of the Zerg units, not just the air ones.

Props to Raynor,Zeratul and Artanis and the rest of the badass warriors to fight this huge beasts on their daily basis.

According to this, the Spear of Adun is approximately 46 miles long. And the Leviathan is just over 6 miles in length.
