I hoard all of my harvested crops/foraged items in a chest and on the 28th put ever single thing in the box and wake up the next morning to have 300K added to my wallet. It's all thanks to you, blueberries...
I remember hearing this for the first time, it was summer day 1, year 1. And I remember thinking "fuck summer is even cooler than spring" and I couldn't even stop smiling until I close the game, many hours later
*When you’re a newbie and you decide to upgrade your watering can thinking it’ll be ready the same day and wake up to a field of dead crops while this song casually plays in the back* =,)
Tip: upgrade the watering at like the very end of the season. Like two or three days before the season ends. No use in watering your crops at the end of the season anyways because they are going to die out in like two days.
When I first heard Nature's Crescendo, I just starting blisfully running in front of my house back and forth, imagining my character to dance. And I did this for a whole minute. Anyone else? :D
I am very high right now, and not entirely sure why I feel the need to tell random individuals who won't even bother to read this far, but 3:00 to 3:30 does it for me. It just sounds so nostalgic and brings back faux memories of once living life as a farmer, married to a purple haired beauty, having some of the most fun days late into a Saturday afternoon, out in the woods exploring nature, all in the Summer of '91. But then again, I am blazed so I have no idea what I'm talking about.
Ahh the theme of clearing away all your withered spring crops that you know would have made you 30,000g in a day if you just had one more day to let them grow .-.
My favorite song in Stardew Valley. It gives you a sense of nostalgia when there's nothing to have nostalgia over. Especially the part starting at 0:35
This is the theme of waking up knowing you are gonna plant a ton of star fruit and become a wine baron by the end of the season. That and also failing to give Demetrius that melon he asked for because you planted it one day too late 🙃
This song feels so nostalgic for me not because I play this game. I don't own Stardew Valley at all, nor understand the concept behind this game, but the memories I had when watching other youtubers that used this song as a soundtrack brings me back to the lockdown period in 2021 where I could relax and just happily enjoy watching RU-vid. The most notable video to use this song that I had watched during that period was RTGame's "I killed 553 people with a fish". Whenever I hear this song I go back to my fond memories of not just watching the video for the first time, but just knowing I was enjoying my lockdown a lot and not having to really bother about anything. I'm not sure if others are able to relate the way i do, but this is just my personal experience :)
The theme past 3:00 kinda reminds me to those days where I just look at my Year 4 Farm, with pretty much every goal in mind were cleared, and here I am, ready to leave that certain save for good. Good times, man. Good times.
My husband and me are playing this game since...I think....15425468 billion hours...and now. This is going to be my alarm clock tone for tomorrow morning when he has to get up at 4 a.m.... :D :D I just want to see his happy face realising. Summer is here! :D
i first heard this song watching rtgame's sims series back in the good ol days of summer 2018, which is a super happy memory for me :) i got stardew valley on the switch after having the worst summers of my life in 2019 (mental health issues) and 2020 (covid was Not Great for my family). i was obsessed with it and after running through spring in like a week, i started summer and this music played. it reminded me so much of the energy summer should have and made me determined to start enjoying summer again :D
It s unbelivable how good these songs match every season, like stardew valley might officialy be in my top 10 games of all time, and the fact that it s made by a single man(god).... I can t belive i haven t played this game until now...
Blueberry101 lol that game literally my favorite 3D Mario game, I love it to pieces but let’s not forget that insanely difficult pachinko machine stage we all had to endure
I feel a strange thing at the end of this song, it's like it travels through the mountains in the background of the video, going from farm to farm, cheering all the farmer players in Stardew Valley, something like that
How I normally feel in summer: Damn I *hate* this season, the heat, the humidity, the bugs, the tourists.....is it October yet? How I feel when it's summer in Stardew: Man I *LOVE* summer, I'mma spend ALL DAY planting blueberries, I wish there was a way to make the farmer skip along merrily and whistle a jaunty tune instead of just walking!
it based on the north west wich is oregon upstate cali and Washington state so summer wouldn't be as bad as the east coast epsically not as and as the southern east coast
This is by far my favorite season theme song. Every time I get to summer and wake up on day 1 to this song, I get so pumped up to make some progress. The energy in this song is amazing and just puts you in a good mood.
I really love this track, just as you were getting comfortable with spring you're hit with a new season and a whole bunch of new farming you have to set up(and a sizeable chunk of change to do it with thanks to the spring harvests) and this track combined with the summer visuals really gives you that extra pep in your step.
This track sounds so much like summer that I was playing this in the dead of winter and it actually made me forget for a while that it was freezing cold outside and not sunny and warm.
others: "this is such a pleasent song." me: "ok, i need at least 120 silver star blueberries, 50 gold star hops, 50 whatever hops, the mead rack of 20 SHOULD be done today , 30 salmonberry preserves will be done tonight at 10, and i know im sittin pretty on 15 finished mayo....lets do some fishing. "
