This never works for me. I’m level 101 and setting difficulty to very hard, landing on the planet and then shifting to easy does nothing to raise the probability that legendary loot will drop. I got a legend pirate job from the mission terminal. Went there and got his health down to almost nothing, saved the game. I loaded that save game literally 40 times and only twice did a legendary drop happen. I’m calling bull**** on this 😢
@@ryanshoults123 Fallout 4 is a great game which I love and have played many hours, but it took a LOT of heat when it released as everyone moaned it wasn't FO3 and it was buggy as hell. Another one people love to compare it to is CP2077 which also took a lot of heat on release and was a buggy mess. Once again, I love CP2077 but it wasn't a gem either on release. I enjoy Starfield as it scratches an itch, but it rates about a 6.5 in my book it will get better. I wish it wasn't so and it shouldn't be, but it seems BSG games never hit stride until at least 2 years after release.
@@ryanshoults123 One man's trash is another man's treasure. If everyone had your attitude, then yes, the game would be trash. But it seems that 6 out of 10 people do like the game. Which puts you in the minority.
I gave up on legendary weapons after my 100th welder, 1000th space adept sniper rifle, and 20000th melee weapon. I don’t want a berserker osium dagger, why would I use a sniper rifle in space and seriously does anybody even use those stupid tool grip weapons? Please please please can we get some good specs on good guns. I just want an anti personnel extended mag shattered or instigating breach. Or at least some specs that make sense on a gun that I’ll use. I’ve never been so let down as when I read “Space adept advance lawgiver” last night, I was excited to try a legendary lawgiver but where in space would I ever use it? All the space station missions are early game.
Unfortunately you may have this wrong, starfield is procedural generation for each player, the spawn rates for loot differ for each player, what's in your game isn't in everyone else's, personally I don't get decent loot in higher level systems, instead I get a higher spawn rate of ships landing, I get standard weapon spawns etc, so your video is completely wrong, each play through and spawns are different, and yes S class is no man's sky, because I'm a no man's sky content creator 👍
Another cool thing in this system. Fermi VII-A is the only world I know of where you can set a memory substrate building. Pretty useful if you really get into base building.
@@androgynastronaut Fermi VII-A has animals that produce memory substrates. You can set up a base and build animal husbandry buildings that produce memory substrates. You'll need to supply it with fiber and water from off world though.
Nice video, and thank you for posting. Now for the ignorant replies…S tier…this is a tier level system used across all space games. Has been used since Eve online back in the early 2010’s. So if you feel the need to post yet another reply on this guys comment section making fun of his terminology it is actually you that looks ignorant.
the broblem in my bug is... all ships land and no npcs or door open...so i stop playng because its the only thing i like to do in this game!! im lvl 185 and all missions donne :(
The only fix is to go through the unity. Unfortunately. You get to keep your skills.I had it too. I finished the constellation missions first. So I had all my powers finished.
S class is the wrong video game. The best system for loot is tricky cus almost everything is procedurally generated. In general, the best system for loot will be lvl 70-75, and needs to have a high spawn rate for bases/ dungeons. Not being a crimson fleet pirate will also help
Every game is different for loot as each person's play through is procedural, this means whatever you find, will not appear for anyone else, and vice versa 👍
Griff, I'm having an issue with ships landing and not opening their ramp. At a guess, one in every twelve landed ships will open their ramp. I've also had several instances where a ship I boarded had no occupants inside. Makes it easy to steal but offers no challenge. I usually play on very hard mode only. Other issues include getting only 2-3 ships to land and then they just stop appearing , and not even moving from moon to moon, system to system, or resting on Venus will reset them. How do I fix this? It's really frustrating.
They must have changed something in the latest update cause now i find legendary loot everywhere. Got a legendary shotgun from a npc lvl 10 and even from low lvl dinosaurs is giving out legendary loot now.
I'd you have a pretty good ship, and are good at space battles, the serpentis system will rack up the xp. Sometimes I don't even make a complete a loop of the system and will jump a level... and I just hit 81 yesterday
I know you posted this a while ago, but alien hunting on high lever planets gets you a ton of xp as well. Just make sure the planet scan say “abundant” in terms of fauna.
