I just can't read the name of those parts without hearing it in my head that way. Pointed triangles and wedges are tough without mods but shouldn't be too difficult to modify this build into a Perseus or Polaris.
dang that looks awesome! may I suggest the Kraken or the Perseus at least if that can be done, those nice designed ships would be flyable in an actual game 🤣🤣
@@hadoken95 While the Galaxy is def currently vaporware, the game isn't vaporware at all, dude. I've been splitting my gaming hours between these two games for a couple weeks and it's been awesome. I can't wait for the Galaxy just as much as I can't wait for the release of Creation Kit 2.
@@BradAhrens playing Star Citizen since 2021. It's not vaporware, but it's not a game either. It's a tech demo with several basic mechanics and copy-pasted missions around those mechanics.
Fun fact: Just 1 of the highest cargo modules (1440 cargo) costs almost 1/3 the mass of this ship alone. That's just terrible and needs to be adjusted.

dude you really need to take time to keep you mouse still, or give an item list. Its a great design but its like you're trying to rush the explaination of its build. You have all the time in the world, brevity is great but SLOW down a bit
Really Nice ship build! If it wasn’t for the fact that you were mousing over each the parts so I could insta pause the video, I would know what the part was. It’s a tricky balance to demo show something the viewer can understand vs making the video too fast the viewer can’t keep up with what’s being shown or explained properly. I saved the vid for later review in trying to build follow. Will have to likely watch it at slower speed to understand the ship parts.
Not bad. Pretty close to my version of the Galaxy I built in SF. I noted yours doesn't have extra storage though, also I used the side facing landing bay. I was thinking about making mine bigger so I can make it a Class C ship.
@@EvilMerlin I hotkey multiple weapons on myself for different situations, sniper rifles for long range, shot guns for cqb, silenced pistols for the close and quiet etc, everything is circumstantial. Same for suits, I mod the shit out of multiple advanced suits, some for extra physcial protection, others stealth, extra carry weight etc. Again it depends. What I dont use I keep stored on ship. The tons of resources are for modding on the fly.
@@ZHBraden13 yeah totally different play than me. One suit modded to heck, my rifle (Varun) and that's it. Well along with frag grenades. My ship is all ballistic and an anti-shield weapon and that's it. The 100 maneuver and 150 top speed help!
Build cost was around $300k. It's not gonna show a build cost cause I wasn't building the ship from scratch. I just disassembled and reassembled it for the video.
So where should we be trying to build this? Because where you're trying to build and where these parts come from is extremely important as There are parts that can only be found at certain shipyards
I recommend always starting at one of your colony outposts then supplementing at the appropriate manufacturer shipyard if anything is not available there. About 90% of parts in the game can be used from your colony outpost large ship pads.

кother than the costo there is no point, most of the modules are not functional, do not provide armor, or are not used (why do we need cargo modules or a medical module when there is no need to treat anyone there). I expected to find research in abandoned stations or as a result of missions while playing this game. How could you create a game without trading like in EVE or Frilanser, Korsars, or Space Rangers. Pallet mode, wretchedness.
