I'm glad i am not playing star-field. but man is it fun watching Kotton play this game, great vid man.
Persuasion is so bad in Starfield. As Kotton demonstrated, your choices rarely make much sense and the person you are talking too doesn't really respond in a way that make sense. It is essentially a ridiculously dull trial and error guessing game.
The green have the highest probability of succeeding on down. Once you get the neuroamp it’s better as well. Also certain skills and factions you are in give you more options and then also taking certain items and leveling up your persuasion skill helps.
But that doesnt change the fact that the dialog and responses feel artifical af + dont make sense "we are space pirates, give us all your stuff" "i like pizza" " oh shit, you are creepy, we will leave"
Instead of combat stims they added an endless amount of food items. It totally fits your fat character tho xD And as for the characters there are no real insane badasses like in Cyberpunk 2077. Not even a stripper in Neon? Why Bethesda why. Its so lib friendly its nuts.
Nah, i didnt like skyrim or Fallout that much but These games were way better imo. Story was better and at least running around, killing, looting and leveling up was kinda fun. The Worlds felt way better and it was maybe half of starfails loadingscreens. Also back in the Day this poor facial Animation was okay but starfail is from 2023 and looks like skyrim facial Animation and in skyrim Dialoge npcs at least had some other Animation instead of just staring straight at you. Also both games had more than 1 enemy Types other than starfield and i could prob. List some other stuff they did better in their other games
I've been reading the reviews for awhile now, and I am beginning to ponder: I loved the fallout initial series and modtly Bethesda games were detailed, the 3D engines killer, and they had good stories. So what changed? Ah yes, they weere sold out to Microsoft.
Soooo glad I didnt buy/support this game. I love bethesda. Played tons of elder scrolls and fonv, esp with mods but hell. This is the same 💩. Space theme makes it even more bland and tasteless imo. Dialogue so generic and unrealistic. No chance you should be able to settle a dispute in 3 options. I feel a vast difference in soul when it comes to these new aaa games. Nonetheless. I think id buy starfield in maybe 3 years when discounted and backed by a huge modding community, atleast theres passionate people there that are willing to improve on a story rather than pump out the next generic money maker dlc. If yall havent heard of the oblivion skyrim remaster that is being worked on (fan made) buckle up because when it drops its probably going to set a HIGH bar for obsidian and Bethesda’s next ACTUAL elder scrolls game. Not no mmo (which wasnt actually bad) or MOBILE GAME (no one asked for). Anyways, glad i can get some exposure to starfield through kottons content. Always a hoot n a holler ❤❤😂
This is thanks to internet connections and live patches. In the past games were physical and they all had to work day one for every single copy. Now, games don't have to work, they don't even have to be completed. They can just be released and patched later.
@@rubydragon1034 yeah these are sad times we live in unfortunately. luckily i didn't have to pay for it thanks to game pass, but still i was hoping ill be able to sink my time into smth. Let's hope these companies learn their lessons after they are bombarded with negative reviews.
@@theomnissiah9034 yeah i just tried it through game pass, i never would have payed so much money for a game after seeing its problems. I'll also try it out after they sort their stuff out, just sucks that there isn't anything coming out that i am interested in atm.
@@henria.277 it doesn't for me, and for a lot of ppl that have setups better than the recommended specs, and it for sure doesn't look like it should run badly on low graphic settings, 10 year old games look better than starfield on low.
This game looks just awful. I wouldn't be able to take it seriously with what sounds like AI generated voices and unpolished gameplay. It's astonishing how many corners they cut.
