Technically this ship should be able to be found in nearly any system I believe but more likely found in higher level systems. I suggest starting with Masada because we know for sure it spawns there. Then try jumping from system to system and traveling to all the moons. 4. I'm not sure how this will impact none main quest line companions. Main question companions will be furious at you and it may impact your chances at getting lucky with them ;) . Other companions may hep out if they are evil alignment or possibly neutral . Beyond that I'm not sure. Let me know in the comments if you do. 5. **Not having any companions on board your ship will still give you the bounty. I tested this on another valentine and I still got the bounty :( Additional Information My Related Perks & Ranks At The Time Of Getting This Ship; Tech - Rank 4 - Piloting Class C Ships. Tech - Rank 4 - Star Ship Design. Tech - Rank 1 - Target Control Systems ( Lock onto ships and hit the Engine & Grav Drive). Science - Rank 3 - Atrodynamics (Increase grav drive and fuel efficiency). Science - Rank 4 - Aneutronic Fusion (Reactor produces 1 extra power). Social - Rank 4 - Commerce (Buy for 20% less and sell for 25% more).

I have run across this guy multiple times (I think the first time was ~level 65 or so) and never gave a second thought to pirating the ship, lol. Just thought it was just another random space encounter and I kept trying different conversation combinations to see if it would spark a different outcome. NOW I KNOW the conversation I should be having with this ship.

Nice. I have seen this ship a few times out in the Masada and other high level systems. Just hadn’t tried taking over the ship yet. Next time I see it I will pick it up.

Cheers . Same system Masada 2, got me a Trader Highlander III, with 40 Reactor, 1500 shields ( 2500 with my skill buff ) and 189 PAR. 29 laser, 40 BAL. Its a beast for a trader ship and looks cool as hell, first time Ive seen it and I am level 72. A keeper, going to modify it. Also the Valentine Renegade, looks super sexy, probably best looking ship in game. I also scored another Valentine ship in the Masada system, same model as Abys Trekker , red, white and blue, wasn't a roman numeral version so sold it. Looked cool though I saw my first IV rated ship today after hitting level 70, so hopefully more IV from now on. *Pro tip. Build a Masada base with large ship platform and a Sol base with large ship platform - It allows you to fast travel even in a damaged ship to immediate safety, where you can repair, modify or change ships. Even if grav drive not powerful enough, you can jump from far away, to and from, directly to bases.

When starship hunting in those deep space systems 20+ LYs out I cannot stress this enough... CARRY THE MATS TO BUILD A LANDING PLATFORM. It is possible if you take a ship, swap to it and then be stranded. This gives you the ability to drop a platform swap your ships.

U can buy the same ship, from Vendor specifically from Neon. Names as Voyager III, but VERY VERY rare to get, you have to check regularly. Btw that's my home ship now after using Narwhal.

That Valentine is a stock UC Voyager III. If you feel bad taking the Valentine, you can pirate the "Unknown" insurance salesman ship. Same ship as Valentine.

You can also find an identical ship to this only with different colors when you farm high end ships in the Masala system by going to a planet and waiting for ship landings. Might need to save and reload a couple of times but works like a charm AND you get no big bounty.

Just get the Kepler R and mod it. No murder or theft of a unique NPC ship required.

The best ship is one where you enter the ship bay and you're right behind the cockpit without stairs. This ship is a maze.

I believe you only need Piloting since the Razorleaf from the Mantis quest line has parts that would require higher Starship Design ranks but is flyable by everyone.

Just a slight correction, you can get a UC Vista from a vendor, its just random though as you may have to refresh the store inventory by waiting. I was able to pick one up in Cydonia ship services. Don't know if its level dependent as I was 60+.

Same area. Got an autobahn 3. 625k registration was just over 60k. Bounty racked up as killed off the UC crew but cleared with death of the (last witness). . Just used EM weapons to disable and then boarded it 👍

I found this ship (Spawned lvl 72) when I was at lvl 40 and had piloting skill lvl 4. Since it is a civilian ship I boarded it solo so as not to piss off my human companions. When it was all said and done I owed the Freestar Collective 151k in bounty fees. 😁 The engines and the reactor made it all worthwhile!

Hi SiNKiLLeR, i guess the level of the ship depends on the player's level. After watching your videos I boarded the Valentine which turned out to be a UC Voyager (plain, you can tell it by the reactor at 27). I was level 75 at that time (well, not so long ago, it was last week). Cheers

Man, Ive seen this ship a lot when I hunted for the Vista ship (still no luck), I never thought of attacking it since its an civilian ship + its says UC on it :P

I managed to capture a Lvl 65 Freestar space Ox II(or III) when I was Lvl 25 myself!! (Sam and Sarah where so mad at me after, lol) I've changed almost every thing about it except grav, reactor(36 power) and the shield(1000 shield). I have spent over 400K upgrading it every couple of level-ups, needless to say it's a beast. now I know why some people put everything they earn into their cars.

Well, that is the best cargo ship reactor or for an all around build, B class has a 39 energy one, with way less mass for small fighter builds. I spent time over preparing before going in my final ng+, so lvl 320+, still useful info to me, since it saves me time. Now i can save everyone and be a hero, but also steal everything that isn't bolted down xD.

Spacer Hyena 3 and Crimson Fleet Wight 3 are also some of best candidates for the 40-point reactor, but you'd have to modify those ships to your needs for them to be better.

Vista is for sale in New Atlantis for me right now. I'll go check for it now to see if I can find it in Masada. Orca was also for sale there. Last playthrough didn't have anything like what I am seeing there now.

No one ever mentions the ((Aneutronic Fusion)) skill under the Science category. This is for your ships Reactors. Max out this skill and your ships reactor produces 5 extra units of power. It's one thing to steel a ship another to upgrade and build ships. You can steel class C ships even on very easy mode piloting them requires you meet the skill set required. In order to upgrade your ships engines and grav this skill along with maxing out every skill under the Tech category very important. Just hang around the Serpentes System on very easy. Travel from planet to moon wait 30 seconds Va'Ruun,crimson Fleet,Ecliptic,Spacers and Starborn ships of all skill levels show up as you travel from planet to moon around the serpentes system. Destroy them collect the goods, land, sleep with your companion to gain an additional 15% extra xp take off and do it again or or exit the ship while landed and wait for the sonic boom and go steel a ship. You will skill up very just and apply those points where needed.

I got a uc vista 3 and a crimson wright 3 in the space of ten minutes. The vista 3 literally had zero people inside just allowed me to walk in and take off with zero bounty or effort lol then i landed in the exact same spot to do a the same quest and the Wright 3 landed and best thing it was like 250 metres away from my landing spot so not even like i run far. That was probably the best luck ive had with ships

I have only seen had 1 of these ships and I can confirm I did steal it after it landed on a world, I forget the system so it may have been masada, as I frequent there often

I've run into this guy a few times at lower levels. lol it never even accured me to look at his ship. I usually just left 😂 But as im now level 45 i think I'll take the ship for myself.

You only need Piloting rank 4 to pilot class C ships; Starship Design 4 is useful to access all starship parts.

My working theory is that you need to be at or above level at which all the parts contained in a ship are unlocked to pilot it. Yes, parts are also level locked. Yes, it is another thing that was not documented in any way by Bethesda. Theory is based on my ability to take take over Ecliptic Cutlass, after being unauthorised to do so before. Only variable that has changed I could identify was my current character level.

You only need rank 4 to build them. But if you get a ship with tier 4 parts you can still fly it. Just don't remove them.

The reactor will be better with the correct crew members and the the perk in the science column that gives you more ticks from your reactor. Which is NOT A BAD THING AT ALL

at level 15 found it there it was a lvl 52 not as powerful but it will be some day thank you Ser

I think it's more that a few parts/ships are locked by the player's level - If you can't see the parts or the ship never comes into the vendor, check player level.

HAHAHAHA, I see that singer a lot and have seen this ship three times now but just don't have the heart to pirate it lol. He's a nice guy darnit....then that bounty plus registration!!! OUCH. Thanks for the info, that would almost bankrupt me so I'll pass until I get a mil in the bank lol. *** FYI the Crimson Fleet Wight III has a 41 reactor but only 24 LY jump base. Stole that off a moon in one of the lvl 75 systems and I think it has the best reactor but definitely needs a better grav drive.

Better to wait for a mod to add this along with other various ships to vendors since I am playing as a good guy and don't want to steal ships from those that are not bad.

All you need is rank 4 piloting. The ships that are “inaccessible” are ships that are not random.

Crew: 6, i could have sworn i saw more than 6 when you infiltrated that ship. :D

2:15 for you wondering about unable to access ships for no reason, i have seen in other videos that there is a bug causing this. It has something to do with Either the "Mett Emma Wilcox" Mission or you Editing your ship at "the Den" in the wolf system. I heard that a fix for it is to reload a save when you WERE able to enter a ship, and continue from there. (Sorry if you got really far ahead). I have no other information about this bug.

Pretty cheap bounty from my standpoint. I had to pay 271k for a bonty last week. See, what had happened was...

I decked out the UC ship i "found", and it doesn't quite compare to my built up Narwhal. I just need 9 more levels to get a third railgun to max out ballistic damage.

I couldn't dock with it after attacking the guy sing;ing. Another UC pilot in this ship will hail you to warn you about enemies in the area in 65-70 plus systems. I haven't attack them yet because Andreja would be beaching about it :)

I believe, and don't quote me on this, but most of the "Top Tier" ships are level-locked.

I'm level 59. Went to masada 5-c and there was a uc ship called the valentine but it was a different ship. I didn't take it but it was maybe a b class

Without bonuses yes it's grav drive is at least best or second.

Using the Novablast Disruptor EM weapon to avoid bounty may be a good idea

There is an even better ship, and it's called Trader Highlander III. It's the Stronghold but with a 40 Power Reactor. Stats are 2200 fuel, 1578 shields, 1508 hull, 2360 cargo, 2013 mass, and so many auto turrets that do insane damage (27 Lasers, and 172 para) With a stealth build you wont have a bounty or much cheaper.

It’s actually just a Voyager III with a unique paint scheme and name. You can find other versions flying around similarly leveled areas.

I hopped over there, found and boarded the Valentine but it's a completely different, much smaller ship and it was level 32. I am level 76 so that didn't affect it. So it seems to be random.

damn was excited but my upgraded narwhal is at 3200 shields 2500 hull and 7500 cargo so I guess I will just stick with that

You only need piloting level 4 to fly any ship, the only reason to get starship design is if your building and modifying a ship, otherwise it is useless. If you can't pilot a ship it is ether because the game won't let you or you do not have rank 3 for B class and rank 4 for C class in piloting.

I have encountered this ship 2 times in the Serpents system. Lvl 55 system.

Your ability to fly depends on the reactor. If your ship has reactor C then you need pilot 4.

Wanted to let everyone knows how I find Voyager III twice (one for me and one for my girl) Me: Lvl 73 GF: Lvl 80 - Go to New Alantis Ship Technician - Check stock - Fly to ship technician in Cyndonia - check - Fly to New homestead - Check - Go to Venus - Sit for 2 hours Local Time - Fly to New Homestead - Check - Fly to New Alantis's Technician - Voyager III appears in the stock (Rinse and repeat the steps if u cant find it) I did this twice back to back and it works both time Hope y'all can find it in stock

Ive had the level 62 class B spawn 5 times and the level 40 class C 3 times and still no level 72 version... Masada does seem to spawn The Valentine more though

You don't need to register ships you keep and don't modify so essentially if it's just a joyride machine, it's scot free!

I found that level 72 ship boarded killed the crew all but one couldn't find the last person on the ship after 30 minutes gave up...... Felt bad killing the singer dude but not sure if he was the last person, will try again seen his ship about 10 times now.

He flys so many different type of ship. The 2 you shown I haven't seen him fly yet...so I think the ship is also randomly generated.

I found a poor man’s version of the Valentine floating around Serpentis V. This version’s value is only 268,159. It has a 24 reactor; 2 crew; 22 LY; and 805 shield. I don’t know if it is worth paying off the bounty and registering this unsightly Valentine? I might just remove the hook from its’ mouth and toss it back into space!

If you're having an issue not being able to take the ship, from what I've heard, if you leave the star system and return, you should be to take it.

I've found it multiple times but the Valentine is always a different design and low level.

Bounty+registration = $140k Reactor+grav drive = $140k Youre gonna end up deleting everything else to build it your way so in the end its a wash and you're saving essentially nothing...

I just got this ship using your guide. But different outcome, I sneaked killed everyone on board with suppressed weapon and did not collect a Bounty at all. Also my register only cost 44K. So total 44K 😂😂

I randomly stole one these at a landing. Was pretty sick.

MMMMMMM... THis ship is ok and can be found also in the hawking system without the bounty and killing innocents. But the BEST ship I've found is the Ecliptic Claymore III, has 7128 cargo capacity, 1342 Hull, 2142 shield, has PAR 247 dam and Miss at 417 dam, 38 reactor, 6 crew, and can jump 30 Light years, value is 414395 credits. Located in the Hawking system on Hawking III-C moon. Just teleport there, puto n max difficulty and land on a moon, wait like 30 sec and a ship will spawn, drops a lot of high level ships.

The drive and reactor alone if you buy it on your own is about 180k++ by itself this already pay for the whole thing

Hey SiNKiLLeR, I had a thought about the 'killed the last witness, so no bounty' mechanic. If you bring any of your companions to board the ship and kill the civvies, doesn't that make them a witness you can't clear? Heck, here's another thought: If you have a companion on board when you attack a civvie ship doesn't that already make them a witness you can't clear? I also wonder if there's a difference between 'Crew' and 'Companion assigned as crew' when you attack civvie ships? Anyways, if you orbit board solo, kill all crew (and if it's applicable, destroy all turrets) do you then get the 'you've killed all the crew so there's no witnesses, so no bounty' message?

I've been to this location 4 times now trying to find this ship and nothing. But, every time I go I get attacked by pirates, bounty hunters (I have the "Wanted" trait which is AWESOME!), and Crimson Fleet. My current ship is a former Crimson Fleet Wraith III.....which turns out is on par with this ship. Worth $479k but has the top-of-the-line shield, good turrets, and components, which is really what you are looking for when going after ships. It was foolish enough to attack me and now it's mine. But, I was in a Class-A and was woefully under leveled to take it on and it killed me 5 times in a row before I lowered the game difficulty enough for me to be able to defeat it....those darn turrets are brutal!!! If you haven't boarded a high tier, massive ship, before.....it's a fun fight once you get inside the ship. I must have had to kill 15+ enemy crew members to get the ship cleared to take it over. Now I didn't see these until I had my Ship Design was at lvl 2, so maybe that's why UC Vista isn't showing up for me. I also think I might lose my companions if I kill a bunch of UC and take their ship, you might want to wait until NG+ to go after this. Anyone know???

I got this to spawn a couple of times, but it was only level 30 and 34. My character is level 33 so maybe it depends on the player level. Tried on very hard and still the same outcome.

Looks like the Voyager III just a different color scheme, Voyager III I've seen at the Landing Pad With Ship Builder in Outpost Builder, No bounty required 😅

These better models are level dependent, for instance you've got to be around lvl 30 to get the Vista to spawn. Starship design is irrelevant, you just have to be at max piloting lvl.

I'm lv 110 and have Starship design rank 2, but piloting rank 4. So the The Valentine was only lv 48 Class C ship not the same design. Also found the The Valentine in a Symra lv 55. In this case The Valentine was only lv 18 ship Class B. Different versions of the ship are out their. Find if I stay with close range on other systems near Masada Valentine is easy to find. Update: Well got to Starship Design rank 3 The Valentine lv 54 Class C Abyss Trekker with more power and less value. Chased for 6 hrs went to New Atlantis sure enough the are selling Voyager 3 for 470k+ . Wow!

so this is basically the Voyager that you can buy & modify? same layout just better parts? could be a way to go if you decide to go ng+ and need a good ship fast. i got the vista 2 days ago, but i always just modify any ship i like the design of with latest & greatest parts and switch habs around so i can have the ones i need (most ship have so much wasted space you can better fill up), its the best part of the game for me just wish you can have more than 10 ships.

The Pirate ship is quite a bit bigger than the valentine and cost $785,800 7:07

I don't understand why people spend so much time trying to find these rare ships when you can built it. There are no special modules on that ship you can't get from somewhere in the game. Just looking at this video and pictures, you can piece that ship together with the same or better specs.
