Bro thank you so much for this video. I just bought a 2019 300s and a 1200 starlight kit doing my car tomorrow morning. How did you hide the box tho and the wiring hook up you didn’t show that part?
Glad it could help bro. 1200 is crazy🔥🔥. For the projector box I placed that under the rear dash where the speakers are. You can access the area through the trunk, it’s just clipped on with some plastic tabs. Putting it there makes it easy to run it straight to the battery if you have the right wiring setup. I ordered a small power inverter and ran the starlight to that but if you don’t want to do that you can use a 12v outlet extension to power them. If you need links I can try to find them for you

So you put the projected box in the rear deck under the carpeted cover? Or in the trunk mounted to the underside of the rear deck? Also did you wire the lights to the battery? Or did you run a cigarette lighter extension to the trunk? Looks awesome brother!!
Thanks man! Underneath the carpeted cover is where I put it bro. Initially I used the cigarette lighter extension but I ended up just wiring it to a power inverter that I placed in the trunk
About to do this for my buddy but I’m having trouble figuring out how to power the lights as there is only a usb port in the back. How’d you power yours and how’d you get the headliner out?????
Best way to get the headliner out is to take the headrest off and lay the seats back all the way. When I first installed mine I had a 12volt cable extension because it came with a 12 volt power option on the projector. Otherwise I’d say go with a power inverter and run power straight to that bro

@@methree3968 yo bro , I’m finishing up and I was just curious how did you set up your lil power/light box ? Mine gots a unstripped wire to tap I think and a cigarette lighter cord
@@Smiles5.7 I ran mine to my cigarette lighter at first but then rewired it and connected it to a power inverter. If you can tap a wire and get power that would be a good option too.

I ran the fibers through the rear passenger side pillar and placed the projector underneath the rear dash where the rear speakers are. It comes with the 12 volt outlet to plug into the car but mine is running to a power inverter
I think you’ll be fine bro. That headliner is really good quality, you’ll see once you get it out. Just use the smallest drill bit and it’ll work out bro. It’s hard to mess up honestly…definitely tedious tho lol
