I served this country for 24 years in the British Army I knew Lee Riggers Rigby I did both Gulf Wars , 2 tours of Iraq and Afghanistan as well as Ulster. And I now ask myself what was it for? I certainly wasn’t for the British people. One thing that really gets my goat, Starmer takes away the pensioners winter fuel allowance, and the same week approved an £8million per week budget for hotel accommodation for illegals. His own research before the election stated 4,000 would die if the winter fuel allowance was taken away, and he's done just that. Meanwhile, illegals who have contributed NOTHING to this country will get free unlimited heating through this winter. Seriously, work that one out!! I thought the Tories were heartless, but Starmer and this Labour government are beyond words!

My Grandad was a Grenadier guard killed at Nijmaagen bridge 80yrs ago. He jumped on a motorbike to get help for his regiment and was shot..left my nan and 5 kids under 10..im his eldest grandchild..i still cry for his loss because he died to make us free. Keir Starmer would get rid of the Monarchy if he could so I suggest that King should not have any conscience about getting rid of this destructive and divisive Labour government. The only way back is with proportional representation. Until we have this the public will be reluctant to vote as they feel their vote does not count. You say that this financial stuff doesn’t really worry you. You don’t consider then, that a PM accepting large gifts and hospitality from a rich donor with controversial views and his own political agenda, might influence the PM’s impartiality and judgement when formulating his own policies and reactions to national events, especially if he doesn’t want to turn off the tap? Surely there will be an unacceptable suspicion of undue influence at the very least.

Sorry Paul I disagree with you, they're getting all kinds of free stuff and not paying any tax on it, I work hard pay tax for 42 years and I got an email the other day to say I owe £50 from the previous tax year, my employer has told me they all my taxes being paid they are chasing me for £50, I told the guy on the phone when I rang the tax office they need to be chasing the prime minister for his capital gains tax not me who's paid through the nose over the years and get nothing for it
I think it's lies. I got same last year after been made redundant. I just ignored it! I got a £180 tax rebate this year and that £50 dint get deducted.
