I'm a native chinese, Jon Huntsman and Kevin Rudd are good, no problem to understand at all though with easily-noticable accents. The italian singer sings well too. Other people are all hard to understand.

Only Jon Huntsman and Kevin Rudy (first and last guys) actually know how to speak the language, all the others are so bad they are not even worth mentioning (they only memorized a few sentences) maybe the other exception would be Mark Z. With his very basic grasp of Chinese.

Huntsman has a very strong undertone of Beijing Mandarin. Radcliffe is a very typical pretending to speak. Rubio is just trying to repeat the phrase that gave to him. Pausini is reading in sounds. Zuckerberg is actually pretty good in Chinese, however he does not speak Mandarin well. Djokovic is actually trying very hard. Watson is also just reading through sounds. I have no idea what Macron is trying to say...Rudd is speaking scholar-like.

Kevin Rudd is a good man, I watched one of his speech about China once, he is someone with compassion.

1:20 Singing uses a different part of the brain. Singing in another language is much easier than speaking. Abba is the best example. When they sing, they have zero accent. When they speak, their accents are present.

I am french and I speak Chinese almost fluently. I am nevertheless having trouble understanding Macron, what is he saying?

I feel so weird being able to understand, and they pronounce things pretty clearly, like their pronunciation is decent and some are very well, except when some they hesitate/pause. I understand why they would though, as they’re trying to learn a language they’re not used to speaking.

Jon Huntsman only used very basic vocabulary but has very good pronounciation! :O Kevin Rudd is very good too! Zuckerberg speaks it okay, his pronounciation is trash but he is actually speaking the language. Djokovitch KINDA speaks it too, again, horrible pronounciation, but he's speaking the language. All the rest don't actually speak mandarin... They just read (very, very badly) a piece of paper.
