1c softened butter
1c brown sugar
1/2c white sugar
2tsp vanilla
2tbsp cornstarch
2c all purpose flour
1tsp baking soda
2 eggs

Chill your cookie dough for 20 to 30 minutes after mixing. Weigh your cookie dough and roughly form them into a ball. Do not make a tight, smooth ball. Refrigerate overnight. Your cookies will bake nice and round and will not over-spread.
