Its been 6 month I had spend my day with pain , anger, frustration , depressed, talking less , sitting alone and sleepless night , crying , broken relationship , no job because of this COVID 19 and so i cant enjoy the day . Inside m dying but outside im smiling , which is really difficult to do ! I want to move on from my broken relationship but it's really difficult . A lot of question arise in my mind that I should not give up on relationship , I can heal it but no he has block me . But today I choose to make myself better . but its difficult you know but I hope I can overcome from it . 💚 Thank you fearless soul !

All my bad days are ending today today I will start with new journey 🎯

We were taught All 3 things you mentioned from our childhood. As Muslims, we have to start our day b4 the sunrises with our daily exercise which is our 1st prayer of the day, reading or listening to our book Quran thats our best meditation. Allah says in the Quran "if you will be thankful, i ll increase & bless you with more..." So grateful to be a Muslim. We have it all - only need to understand and follow. Thank you for given the chance to share.

I work out every day by weight-lifting that works 6 muscle-groups in my upper body. After over just one year, I can see the difference. I look good. But before I work out, I show gratitude to the Universe. My morning and evening attempts to show my GRATITUDE by reciting it aloud: “From the feelings in my heart and in my mind, I THANK THE UNIVERSE: for those who come into my life for my learning experiences, and for their doing what they should do for my spiritual progress, even if some of their actions are not pleasing to me at the time. for the life I have already lived, and the life I am now living, for the power within me to assert myself, to project my positive energy vibrations, to submit to the timing of events, and to be more observant of events and of the actions of the people around me, for the guidance I’ve received in all my past years, and for the guidance and protection from all present and future perils, for the words and actions of the Spiritual Beings of others, and from the revelations I receive from my Higher Mind, for the humility within me to show my gratitude to others for playing their parts in my spiritual progress and to call down blessings upon them, for my wisdom to know that all events in my life, and the events in the lives of others, are expressions of the Divine Laws of the Universe. for my heart radiation field that projects my patience and unconditional love toward others.

That's wise counsel that you're giving about exercise. Sometimes it's not easy to do so one needs to make time for it. If one can't exercise in the morning. Don't let the day pass without exercising. It's what I do at times. It's great advice that you're giving because life is worth living.
