Leah you are rght on. Namaste and serenity prayer and I think my friend is doing the best she can and she was enough .it's to bad she went thru life wth mask .well healing prayer s fir all beautiful souls I didn't judge I jus didn't like the microscope ..I wanted to get that letter ..still do ..jus a simple letter to me ....well I'll check back in a month till then I hope her friends and family are good to her she not alone at all ..I know her very well her cousin Charlene should bring her vacation ! Social media not where I want to be . In her life and Lynn Anderson rose garden I remember the song but it getting us no where .if you don't love me at my worse ..as if you did you would not chose punish then they don't deserve you at your best. In my last letter I wrote ..please underline all the good ..and read 2x and let it sink in ..

My curiousity tells me this is simply alternative pathway to success. Most people try to avoid something like fear or even fight it but this kind of video teaches not to avoid it and even befriend it. People need respect all their emotions be it anger or fear or love or curiousity or whatever. Self balance of sorts.

Anyone who agrees with this video is essential a Muslim. Non resistance - Islam means submission to God's will, or a 'higher power'.. you try your best but God has a better plan and you accept it. Non judgement - no one can judge you, only God can. Non attachment - you shouldn't be attached to anything - money, power, ego, reputation, etc. Upvote if you agree.
