Am concentrating on follow-ups to previous clients. Typical recruiter fee is 25% of the salary , so I am wondering if I should reduce it to stand out

You’ve got to build a relationship with them. Tell them that you are different from others. In other words treat it as if you’re helping your friend look for a job. You showing them the client name aswell is a way of showing you don’t care if you make money or not.
Hey kadz love your videos. Quick question. I know the state of the job market is crazy. Are you finding majority of companies are not using supplemental staffing agencies? I am looking to start a supplemental staffing agency within the healthcare industry. Although, a few of the big hospitals in my area are pulling away from using agencies to plug their staffing gaps due to cost savings. Are you noticing the same thing? Would this be a good time to start one?
How does the payment process work once client has accepted candidate? How would I create the invoice and contract , what would be the T&C’s. Please is it possible if you can reply to this. Thank you .
When posting a job ad , does it have to be ‘real’ or can I say im working with reputable companies in this ‘industry’ and then use this ad to build my candidate pool?
You can, its called usually a talent pool, general interest or expression of interest job post. But making sure u disclose it as is builds your reputation and trust.
