​@@fastgameknightNo they don't. You just have to know how to proc your weapon , talents and artifact buffs properly. Practice on the samurai in inazuma or the geovishap. Monitor your stats while doing so to make sure you're procing everything. There's a RU-vidr named betweenblackandwhite. In his videos, he tries to squeeze the most damage he can out of some of the characters. I'm talking 260K vapes with Gaming using the rainslicer. Watch him and his process, and you'll she how he works his way up to big damage.

No way man, my hu tao does a casual 100 k per charged attack when buffed and furina up to 30 k as well.

I have always thought anemo traveller was the best but was never able to push him so far.

I use kazuha all the time for that reason only. It's really wild to see this mechanic in game. Hoping hoyo will make a character that utilizes this kit. I'll take it even if it is a 4 star.

@@antoniogabriel6461 damn... I felt just the opposite... I used same teams in both abyss ( neuvi hy BL and rational ) i felt this abyss was way easier compared to the last one

@@antoniogabriel6461 what teams did you use i mostly struggled with my rotation against the wenut once i got it right i was able to 36 star as the other 2 chambers were quite easy

Thanks, 👍! Technically, I used Engulfing Lightning, which isn’t really considered “F2P” by most players, in 12-1 because I wasn’t sure how to pass the DPS check. However, I do know it’s possible to clear 12-1 without that weapon. liilli has done a starter characters only run on their channel too, and they used an even more “F2P” setup.

Chevy is not a starter character tho. The whole reason for this abyss run is to prove a point. That you can clear abyss without pulling any charcters, using only those given by mihoyo in story quests

@madamenonchalant7021 I know that, I was just mentioning my personal preferences, I'd switch lynette for chevreuse for more dmg output, not to invalidate their point

XiangLing’s Pyronado has no ICD, so she applies pyro too quickly to reliably trigger overload (as in I can’t easily override the pyro aura with an electro aura for XiangLing to overload)

As much as I want my videos to blow up, I wish it was liilli who blew up in the Starter Characters Only category to be honest. Melt Amber was meant to be my main form of content while Starter Characters Only was supposed to be secondary content on my channel. liilli is often much better at Starter Characters Only runs and makes it their main form of content, but they seldom get attention for it. They deserve so much more attention.

I’m using her for pyro resonance and to feed pyro particles into XiangLing

I don’t pull for Barbara’s constellations since they don’t help me much

In the text commentary, I mentioned that Gust Surge can lift enemies high enough to make them incur fall damage. I just kept resetting until both operatives took fall damage at least once.

A lot of the tips I have are shared in the text commentary of my videos, though there are some parts of the video that I dedicate to explaining the theory behind the run (e.g., fights like the Jadeplume Terrorshroom are relatively straightforward, so I use that time to explain theory instead). As for a general set of tips, two things I’d recommend are the following: - Find a way to group enemies effectively - Try to find a fixed rotation for your team that sustains everyone’s energy needs if possible. That way, it takes away a lot of the stress in playing a team.

I do memorize most of them. It helps me a lot with figuring out when to engage or play defensively, so I get as much value out of my abilities as possible.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I've actually spent quite a bit of time considering the balance between gameplay and text in my Spiral Abyss videos in the past. Ultimately, I've decided that the primary focus should be on the gameplay itself, with text serving as supplementary information. Before I experimented with implementing voice overs, I encountered challenges in striking the right balance. The text you see in the videos covers only about 25% of the information I could potentially share, and I even had to halve the amount of information displayed due to feedback about readability. Introducing voice overs to explain everything led to another set of issues. I found myself needing to slow down the footage significantly to elaborate on all the information I could share, deviating from my intended style. To address this, I created a separate series called VoD Reviews on my channel. Currently, my solution involves providing a version of the video without text commentary, alongside reducing the amount of information by half, as previously mentioned. This alternative version is linked as an unlisted video in the description. Unless a compelling alternative arises, I intend to maintain the current format (or reduce the amount of information shown even more) based on recent feedback. In a recent poll, 86% of voters found the text speed to be just right, with 5% suggesting it was too slow and 9% indicating it was too fast.

I would make one if I didn’t feel like I don’t have much to contribute, given that there are many good guides out there already.

I am pretty sure we do not have one because inazuma is quest locked region. New players would not be able to go to inazuma to collect materials for character building.

It’s outlined in much more detail in the 4.2 video, but every ability in the game (including normal attacks) deals a set amount of poise damage, though there’s no visible number that shows up in-game. All enemies and characters in the game have a poise bar, and dealing enough damage will poise-break them. This allows you to stagger the enemy, which I use for grouping.

It is fridge for 12-1 and 12-2, but I used hyper-bloom in 12-3. In the text commentary, I mentioned that I’ll find a solution to representing this in the thumbnail later.

They are obtainable without wishing tho. Collei (dendro) from clearing Abyss Floor 4 and Lynette (anemo) from reaching AR25
