Espetacular sua capacidade de reformar um motor de partida como chamamos aqui. Motor de Arranque, aqui no Brasil nao gostam de reformar assim se chegar na oficina. Eles mandam comprar tudo nas lojas novo e vai pegando o que estragou e vai pro lixo. Entao fico admirada pelo esforço e sabedoria que voces tem....voces sao otimos e mais legal sao os meninos que ja estão aprendendo pra continuar e ser tao bons quanto os adultos......parabens e muito obrigado por mostrar seu trabalho pro mundo ver quanto e importante. There is very much skill and many hours of work to repair the starter. Here in Australia, it would cost more to rebuild the starter than to buy a new one, so this type of work is not done here. We just buy a new starter if the old one is burnt out.
In the U.S. starters, alternators, master cylinders, engines (of course), etc., are rebuilt. I assume, they have production methods to keep costs down. But, there must be a lot of hand work too. Rebuilt units are usually about half the cost of new or less. I'm not sure the results are any better or worse. I've had some bad rebuilds and some really good ones. This job would be on a par with some of the better ones I've seen in the U.S. for sure. Nice work.
Saudações do Brasil aos irmãos paquistaneses, quando eu comecei a trabalhar na oficina do meu pai a uns 35 anos atrás, nós realizamos a recuperação de diversos componentes de um motor de partida, mais o tempo passou a valor das peças ficaram mais baratas e mais fácil de aquisição e ficou inviável em alguns casos realizar este tipo de serviço, mais um excelente vídeo .

Die ganzen Handwerker die hier auf diesem Kanal gezeigt werden sind absolute Spitze. Besser kann man solche Sachen nicht machen. Egal ob Schweißer, Motorenbauer... Allein wenn ich sehe wie die LKWs, insbesondere die Rahmen wieder instand gesetzt werden. Das ist höchstes Können. Nur gibt es eine Sache die mich wirklich richtig ärgert. Diese Leute leisten so hervorragende Arbeit und werden dafür richtig Scheiße bezahlt. Das ist so wenig das diese fleißigen Leute finanziell nicht einmal in der Lage sind sich vernünftige Schutzausrüstung wie Schutzbrille, Handschuhe, Arbeitsschuhe zu leisten. So etwas macht mich wirklich böse. Denn bei solchen Arbeiten wo Späne fliegen, Funken sprühen oder mit Benzin zum reinigen genommen wird, setzen diese Leute jedesmal ihre Gesundheit aufs Spiel. Und warum? Weil sie leider keine Wahl haben. Denn sie verdienen gerade genug Geld um ihre Familie durchzubringen.

ils sont très habiles de leurs mains mais travail dans des conditions déplorable avec un pauvre outillage le touret sur un établi serait quand même mieux ....! ils aiment vraiment travailler au sol , par contre aucun sécurité ( gants lunettes chaussures ) bon courage
