For the relievers what type and how much throwing normally before game, that's where I struggle because I want to toss to a point where I feel good letting it eat within the next 2-3 hours but I kind of struggle to hit that mark
I’ve seen a good amount of routines at this point, it’s whatever works for you. Some guys throw light 60 ft with no grip catch 3 hours pre game. Others like to long toss with grip catch it’s whatever your arm prefers really!
