Starting a CPR Overflow 

Thanks, I was crazy with the noise from the overflow, now noise it's gone 90%.. what a relieve.

@moneymarkj my brother that was good, I picked up the material I needed to make one.

You should do a video on how to clean it. I've had mine for a year and their is some pretty nasty stuff growing in there.

I had an issue getting this overflow to start, honestly it wasnt mean to give a full idea of my entire plumbing. I couldnt for the life of me find a video on here telling me how to start my overflow so once I figured it out I did a video.

I may do that.

how do you clean the u part of it hanging over the tank?

Check and see if you can put a little PVC pipe in the bulkhead hole. You might be able to make a durso standpipe in there. Check out my vid on this. This might or might not help!

Would u recommend CPR or eshoops?

Take it off soak in a bucket of 1:1 water/vinegar for 15-60 minutes and you should be good to go!

LOL, mine isnt dirtly I check it almost every week, although it has a heavy build up of coraline.

I didn't like that I couldn't see the overall construction and how it functions from start to finish. It seems like the person was like, I'm going to take a video of the side of this here for 10minutes and that should give you an idea of the entire overview. No, it doesn't and it simply can't. Next time, don't jump to the next point in the conversation without creating the background. Like this video, don't start zoomed into the overflow.

Honestly cant speak to eshoops or did you mean eshops? If I had it to do all over again I would love built in overflows.

WARNING: do not buy this overflow box the toms aqualifter pump failed after a couple months but the biggest problem is THERE IS NO WAY TO CLEAN INSIDE THIS BOX there is a large area in which there is absolutely no way to get to, I give CPR credit for trying but there is a design flaw........ just google you will see nothing but complaints from people that have been running these for any amount of time
