My favorite way to cook eggplant is to slice long way, season with salt and pepper and simply grill it up. 🤙🏻. I’m loving this series. This is giving me a great starting point and some inspiration for our garden.
I’d like to suggest something for your bugs. Try putting down a short can (wet cat food can) with a cheap vegetable oil in it. Check it the next morning. If it’s earwigs eating your plants, the cans will be full in the morning.
Love this series, it’s so inspiring to see your progress from growing tomatoes in a bucket! Filipinos have a great recipe for eggplants, we turn it into an omelette. Look up “Tortang Talong”, it’s a very popular breakfast dish, very easy to prepare as well.
