100% quality service from start to finish. When I called to order he was great, told Roland what I was looking for and he knew exactly what I wanted. Kept me in loop during the entire building process as well. When I got down to him "CT to Georgia" very easy place to find. The smoker was ready and out front, took his time with walking us through all of his special features. Some real great ideas and designs to help you make the most out of your unit. All of the features are really designed to help the individual make more money and product with ease. The smoker its self is a solid unit with box tube framing and reinforced plating, this will long time unit with simple maintenance. I need input on having a start up BBQ smoken in the building already has been an restaurant for years , the rent is upwards oj2000 per month, how much can I get out of the racks of ribs 15.00 per rack I’m hoping, there has never been a BBQ in my tow lol thanks BigAl California.praise Jesus Christ grace amen 🙏
your entire premise is ridiculous because almost nobody grew up with "momma" smoking briskets and ribs and cooking anything like what these smokers are used for. i mean sure maybe in parts of louisianna, tennessee etc but that is not even a fraction of the population. we had good home cooked meals as you described that "make the belly say thank you" but no smoker was ever used and grilling was for special occasions or weekends at best. nice attempt at a sales pitch tho ig
