Bitcoin is defying all laws of nature and TA in this new era with many speculations and many predictions gone wrong, it's outrightly wrong to just sit back hodl and wait maybe incur some losses along the line, that's a wrong mindset for an investor because as an investor finding ways to always increase and stack up more coins thereby making prof!ts should be the way of life, even experienced traders are in a doubt to take long or short position. People who invested in Bitcoins at the beginning or even in 2013 or 2015, when Bitcoin was crashing, have now become millionaires. I have been more skillful than lucky. Thanks mainly to the good time, my initial investment was multiplied by 5 In two months. After getting in touch with Carlos_andrewfx, an exp:ert in cryptography, who showed me how to use his program to make transactions and got 14 bitcoin in 2 moths with him. if you are looking for a way to increase your portfolio or investment reach out on him on Instagram @Carlos_andrewfx on ig
Hi Ravi , I love the content you make, it so much informative yet easy to understand the concept. I was wondering, could you make a video on explaining the concept on Appreciation, Depreciation and Amortisation in Australia and how someone can use it to there advantage? Thank you once again for making such great content videos.
Hi Ravi, Thanks for sharing your experiences, Just wonder, many people compare House and Unit (strata) , How about Unit (Strata) Vs Aprtment in the city or in 10km CBD not further then that. Obviously, both are very smaller living area than outside of CBD. Someone said that although strata still its land. But for me At least can see the view live in small living are and can use facilities inside apartment....But After yrs later I want to keep that as investment property. So I really don't know between Unit vs Apartment.
Hey Ravi! For a first investment under 250k with a 7% yield would you suggest paying for half of that with cash, or pay the minimum deposit and mortgage the rest freeing up more cash for another investment/renovation?
Hey Chris, I don't know your financial p[position and I don't give out financial advice however, my current mindset is that when debt is this cheap, why would anyone want to pay it down. I can leverage cheap debt and buy income producing assets that will take advantage of the asset price inflation that is here. Thanks for the question and ongoing support :)
Hi Ravi Sir Hru , I asked a question in one of your video that I am working as a Independent Realtor from last 12 years ,and now I want to move to Melbourne, can I do real estate business there or work with real estate company
Hey Ravi, Thanks for the great Content. Just a quick question? Where should We find the real estate Data for all the suburbs to analyze? or is it even possible to get or need to search by suburb? free or Paid? Any information from anyone much appreciated.
Hey Ravi! I love your videos and I feel so inspired. I am so into investing real estate lately and I have 50k worth shares, do u think I should sell all my shares to pay the deposit to start buying property?
Thank you! I can't give you financial advice sorry! We can talk about a strategy and roadmaps via a strategy session which you can book via the website :)
Awesome mate. Where do you see Cardano heading into 21 and beyond? I have been holding it for a couple years and noticed you mention it in another video
Thanks bud! I think Cardano will do exceptionally well in the long term. I'll have to consider a sale later this year if the prices do go too high as the correction could be very similar to 2018 and I ain't keen to stick around for that haha
Hey Ravi, I love your videos alot. I am an international student studying in geelong. I have searched that students on temporary visa can also get loan for house investment. Please advice something as I am willing to invest. 😇
Hey Ravi! Love your videos man. Would you recommend a financial planner/ advisor if you started again? Opposed to just utilizing the resources , knowledge and experience from an accountant? I know some people have both and some just an accountant due to expenditure advisors/planners will invoice when it could could covered by the accountant. Thanks for any information!
Hi Kira, Sorry about the delay in getting back to - it's been a wild few days! To be honest, I'm yet to meet a financial planner that actually has a firm understanding of the property market. This is mainly because, they have had a focus on stocks/etfs as their "go-to" investment choice. If you do have a financial planner/accountant that has built their wealth across different asset classes themselves, then I think it's worth the money. Context of who you listen to is the key :) Hope that helps.
hello i have discovered your videos a few days ago and i have enjoyed watching , i am not a first home owner anymore however i am green on crypto/bitcoin and nervous but i am giving it a go! do you have a facebook page?
There were a few industry professionals who had been in the game for a while but I also leveraged my learning of the US and UK markets to then understand why difference and advantages we have here. I'd also include reading as a huge hack! Everything from Kiyosaki has been an amazing help!
@@PersonalFinancewithRaviSharma Do you have enough knowledge of the UK property market to say which country is better to purchase in as a first time investor? I am an aussie in the UK and am currently in the planning/saving phase of my property journey, but haven't really figured out which country seems better to purchase property in, at least to begin with. I know the markets are always changing but would you have any suggestions on this? Thank you so much for your content, it's really feeding my property education obsession!
@@raquelelisealderxxxx I don't really tbh. I know the RE markets there have gone through some substantial growth but, I don't understand their debt and loan structures work, sorry!
