After a very successful overseas pro basketball season, I final come home after 10 months living in Portugal. Come with me as I fly home, settle into my new house, and begin my off season training program. This offseason is going to be a huge one for and I cannot wait to take you guys along with me.

Just sharing you this, as Romans 6:23 says, for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. God loves you so much that he sent his son Jesus Christ to die on the cross to pay the price of all our sins. After 3 days after he died,he rose up from the dead. He will accept you not matter what you been through or have done. Accept the Lord Jesus Christ as you Lord and savior and ask forgiveness of all your sins to be saved from sin and have eternal life and not go to hell Jesus is our only hope for salvation John 14:6 Jesus is the way the truth and the life no one gets to the father (God) except through him, and the if you don’t accept him you will not heaven and you will go to hell if you don’t accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior ✝️❤️✝️❤️

I'm not a pro by any means, but the ability to understand my body and proper training progressions has been a struggle too - it's not easy to rest, recover, not go 100% as you've always been taught to, but load management and working smarter not harder is too important to ignore ! Get yourself a garmin smart watch for running. You can set there tempo like a ghost runner that you have to follow. It's easy than to keep the tempo without even thinking about it. It helped me to prepare for half-marathon starting from couch potato mode

Great job I played for Benfica in 1999 ended up finishing 3rd that year...funny Porto won it...haha. Played for coach Carlos Lisboa. Lisbon was a lot fun, had great teammates and we battled off the court on the Golf Course in Cascais. Have to say out of my 12yr career Lisbon was one of the best places in western europe....see that stadium is still that hard ass wood floor as most are. My apt was very close to the Stadium and when there was a football game it was crazy to find any parking......esp when the game was against crosstown Sporting!

i have a serious question for you. i want to know how to join an overseas team like the nbl? can i play straight out of highschool and is it a problem if ive nvr played in a highschool team but had a coach outside of school and developed my game really good? an in general how do u declare for the nba after playing a season overseas or the nbl.

Hey trey , I really love the fact that you incorporate calisthenics into your training. Athletes absolutely neglect the ability to control their bodyweight before they start training with external loads. That being said , I think you would benefit substantially by trying add weight to your bodyweight movements incrementally, with a belt. Check it out. It's gonna take you to a whole new level 🫡
