We're super excited to begin the 3000km journey up the middle of Australia from Adelaide to Darwin!!
We pick up the motorbikes at Adelaide airport after having flown back to the east coast for a few weeks to see family, it'll be the last time for a while. After a couple of nights in Adelaide catching up with new and old friends we stock up on supplies and start the long ride up the centre of Australia via the Stuart Highway.

Well familiar with Melrose and the North Star Hotel. Lovely little town and some brilliant walks/views from Mt Remarkable if there is the time. My family home is in the Pekina Hills near Booleroo Centre close to Melrose. Flinders Ranges likewise has numerable places worth a visit such as Brachina Gorge and Wilpena Pound. So envious of you two, keep up the great videos.

hey thanks Chris, we loved the North Star, we ended up staying a few days in Melrose so ended up there a couple of the nights. It's a beautiful area, somewhere we both want to go back and explore more for sure. Cheers :-)

totally agree with David....its not the destination but the people you meet and what you see along the way, and the little acts of kindness from strangers that you never expect or forget. Awesome experience that I plan to replicate.....great work guys.

Adding the lights are the best upgrade. Especially on the odd occasion caught out for a night ride. They look the goods.

They've made a huge difference in the outback when we're running late. Much better for spotting roos in the complete darkness out there.

I noticed you changed how you display your map tracking data a few months back, are you using a specific program for that or just doing it manually in editing? Either way, it’s great! Hey Nath! Yes we started using the GEOlayers 3 plugin for Adobe After Effects to create maps. There was a bit a learning curve at the start but once we got the have of it we can put together a map in a couple of minutes. Thanks for following the adventure, say hi to the boys from us 🙂

What type of duffel-bags do You have, and where did You get them?

Hi Anders, we ordered them off ebay. They're both 90L waterproof roll bags, the brand is Motowolf, and they were $100 each when we bought them. Still in good condition, no leaks. Cheers
