Sami was the first bassist, but only after this album was published. Emppu did the bass parts in the recording!

You got another new subscriber for doing the history of Nightwish, so much to discover about this band that people miss out on. So glad you are doing this and hopefully you'll do all the old live show is a must, there is so much that this awesome band did. Thank you for being open minded and going back to where it all began :) Do all the songs from each album and than do the live ones. thumbs up

Listening to the entire Nightwish discography is an excellent idea and an exciting journey! You just won a new subscriber 😄 The group's first album, Angels fall first, has really cool songs, but it's important to keep in mind that it is actually a demo that was released as an album. Because of this, his production is not very good. Regardless, there are excellent songs on this album. As for how this journey would go, I think it's more fun to explore one song by video. So you can analyze each song better. This journey can be organized as a series, grouping the videos by album.

I mail ordered the fist 2 Nightwish albums at least 20 years ago... Elevenpath being the first song I heard... Hooked instantly! I was big into giant fantasy fiction book series like Wheel of Time, loved metal, and had a great respect for classical music. Nightwish scratched a serious itch and I am so thankful my sorry American butt found them so long ago!

Thank you for going through the all albums and songs!) one song at a time or the full album in one take - doesn't matter, I will watch everything)) it's not many reactors who pick the early stuff from back at the days) lovr the idea. I also think you should react to the singles released apart from the albums, there are some really great ones (like Ava, Sagan etc). Don't miss them out) The inspiration of this song mainly Lord of the Rings books as Tuomas was/is a huge fan))

Glad to know you are feeling better! Nice idea and nice video, man! It might be better for you as a listener to listen to the whole album at once. It really makes a difference on some albums to hear it all at once when it’s your first time. Then you could edit and make multiple videos, if you wish. I will watch it regardless haha

I know this early Nightwish not so well. I would have had the possibility to get to know this earlier stuff with a couple of reactors, but I decided not to. Too much Nightwish in a short period of time for me. I had been listening to A LOT of Floor era Nightwish, so I felt I needed a pause. I'm going follow your new Nightwish reactions. I used to watch your earlier Nightwish reactions and liked them a lot. Greetings from Helsinki Finland!

Here a tip. Nightwish is a band you must see live. So....go to Nightwish in Buenos Aires 2018 and watch the same song. The harmony between Floor and the band is great. Please next time...a performance from Nightwish in Wacken 2013 (place in Germany) . Which song? ...doesn't matter..all the 15 songs are brilliant

lol "eleventhpath" beware of the following tracks as they tend to get blocked "poet and the pendulum" "stargazers" "sahara" i dont THINK any others have problems.. i shall watch every vid and guessing it will take 24 years to get through it all

2 problems, 1st The hole song is Elvenjig&Elvenpath, 2nd Tarja version is much worse than Floor's version. So check Buenos Aires version of Elvenjig &Elvenpath. With Floor. Tarja pronouncing is not good in these kind of songs.
