Hang in there brother. I know what you're going through. I'm from SE Louisiana. Been through it many times. Glad you're ok. Helping your neighbors and your town recover is more important than RU-vid right now anyways. I'm sure all your subs completely understand. Stay safe and survive Chris.
Things like this are why I'm such a proponent for solar and wind power. Having those things in place and a decent battery backup for your house can literally be a life saver.
I'm thankful man that y'all made it through a man the whole North Carolina in a proud man that you continue doing the work that you do I'm praying for everyone in North Carolina and around in good health
We drove through the Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Gatlinburg, Asheville area a week before the storm hit. We commented to our friends how nice an area it was and wouldn't mind visiting again. So much of it is destroyed now. Sad. Glad you are ok.
Reminds me of Katrina. I was living in NOLA when that happened and became a control system engineer on the pump stations after. Glad you and your family made it out okay! My wife and I built a house in Charleston, SC two years ago. Only a few trees down for that storm, but luckily no damage.
Chris bro take care of yourself and your family and neighbors I for one don't mind the delay so when you get your necessities back and can without struggling start making videos again I will be waiting. Have had y'all in my prayers God bless
'September 30th, think it's four days later, I need to look at a map.' Chris it is obvious, the lack of sleep, stress, lack of power was having on you. Don't worry about the schedule, yourself and family is more important, take care.
I didn’t know we lived so close to each other. I live in Fairview and we were out of power for two weeks. I would love to meet you and show you the things I have. I have a car kit that needs put together and welded. I’ll never build it.
Looks like you've come out of the other side, lessons no doubt learned for the future, maybe look at getting Starlink Internet that will never be affected by any type of storm. Hope you and yours are all safe and well.
Glad all is well with your family, you need to build a 48v solar system for when you can't get power it would make great content other than fabricating and give you a break lol.
As always nice and perfect job, may I provide a suggestion to invest in 3D scanner to scan an engine or transmission or driveshaft , so that you can build your body and chassis design through CAD software that well reduce a plenty of time.
Can I just say that I really appreciate your filming style? I tend to get motion sickness from certain content creators because they hold their cameras, and swing them around all over the place. I like that you use mounts and tripods for your cameras. I know that's mostly because you're doing the filming yourself, but if you do ever get a cameraman, I'd suggest that he at the very least use a gimble, or sets the camera up on tripods as well.
Hmmm.... mini muscle car or mini monster truck/car? As for the damage caused by Helene... I recall the 1987 hurricane in the UK; I was just a kid, but I got to witness the devastation caused when mother nature has a snit-fit, huge swaths of forests were flattened and so much more... Take care of yourself and if you wish, share more of your helping around the area. That could be an interesting diversion from your projects
😮 que ruina 😢. Espero que solo sea daños materiales. Y no a personas y animales. Ánimo y no sé qué más decir que os haga sentir mejor 💪 . Ánimo y abrazos
glad youre ok. please tell me the neighbor who unfortunately had a tree fall on your roof was that one guy who drove up to you and yelled at you in a previous video at least.
