No? Brent! With the roundness of the guards bonet the squareness of the wheel look don't make the look quite right. With this Vehicle it's more of a circular finishes even in the designs of it's Bumpers back not so much but the front mostaush gives it that roundness. So No I say don't ruin what's it's great look. That squareness ruins it.
@@65cj55 thanks for your rely still I guess your the master in this field I s'pose. Never mind I do enjoy your shows 'n as marvellous of a job you do designin' cut 'n dice metal then weld amazes me. Still keep up the great work I'll still be watchin' 'n thanks for askin' us viewers advice as well as readin' our Comments. Cheers give my regards to Ester too if that's ok?
Water Fall, it's like a chrome racing stripe that's low enough to see it. Dash is beyond cool. Topless and hard top will be worth it. Like to see orchard tractor style fenders on backwards. Opening song reminded of late after school our band teacher had that same style music record on and was pretending to conduct with the white wand, When the door behind me closed, he stopped and turned around, His eye glasses completely fogged from sweat and I'll never forget that smile. You took me back 48 years. Thanks.
The waterfall on the hood is the 1st thing which caught my eye goes well with the caddy bumper love the roof line aswell super cool the whole truck has it going on the stance the width the lines …love this thing already😁👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🧨🧨🧨🦾🔥🔥🔥
Yes go with the square wheel fender flares. Yes go the side pipes that finish just in front of the rear wheels with a small side step under the cab. Looks like you have new life in building the 49 GMC.
Your invisions for a vehicles are usually way better than I would have imagined so go for what you are invisioning. I love the concept of this truck already
Chrome, Chrome, lotsa chrome. Fenders look custom with the flares & the hood chrome will go with all the Caddy chrome. Love the look of this build. Rock on Brent
This is the build I wanted to see get started, to get running. There are so many design's you can go with this truck to do something that is different from what everyone else has done. Widen the back fenders so you can see them when the truck is coming down the road with a wild Grill & widen back fenders? Only a suggestion I'm shire everyone else has something in mind.
Really like the flared fenders . Caddy grill/bumper would be nice . Waterfall is a plus or minus have to wait and see , most likely a plus. You always have fun projects..
Definitely love the removable hard top idea. Like the pontiac hood trim but it also looks good without it. Big grill always looks cool. Definitely a cool "different " truck.
YES!!! finally some customizing right on Brent so sick if l.s swaps and will it runs of course it'll run or you wouldn't waste your time on it yes put the thing on the hood go all out til the garage is ready then get back on the 35 dodge can't wait to see how this build turns out I like the roof you're building for it love it!😊
Hey Brent great looking project from your ideas. waterfall yes fender flares yes caddy bumper yes side pipes yes small step up yes shorten bed no. I think you got a great vision so far and I think these episodes are very exciting, listening to the ideas and vision that you have for whatever project you’re working on. I have to say I liked that little dance that shimmy and shake you did when pulling out from it’s resting spot. Can’t wait to see it come together. Later
You’re right Brent. Never seen this truck. Sounds like big plans. Soft top.Air bags. Side pipes. So, getting your new shop with New projects. Thanks for sharing. 💯👍👊
It's your build you can do whatever you want to it but I like the original wheel well openings but customize away! It does look better on the ground I'm loving your thought process on the grill and bumper
Awesome job Brett. Can't wait to see more updates an projects and many more videos soon my friend. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Fab on. Weld On. Keep Making. God bless.
Good to see you are still at it! Looking forward to shop update. I think the box length is good. I personally would not whack the back off to make it look like a service truk.
I definitely think the fender arches add a lot, reminds me of early 60's California custom show cars. Not sure about the Caddy grille, it seems too big to me. I really enjoy your channel and love Pablo's input.
