Starting Veteran 1915 Arcade JAP Australian Assembled Motorcycle 

In this video I am starting my 1915 Arcade JAP veteran Motorcycle at the Annual Birdwood Figure 8 Rally of The Veteran & Vintage Motorcycle Club of South Australia. Mainly the motorcycle is in original condition but I have fitted new Valves & Guides as well as new Tappets and Tappet Guides and Piston Rings. All these parts were extremely worn. Also the Front Fork Spindles were replaced. On the Sturmey Archer Gearbox the Output Pulley was also extremely worn and slipped badly so I machined another one up on my lathe and now the bike drives well with no slippage.
